This is a perfect little villa, our family has had a nice vacation here and I will stay here again next time in Kota Kinabalu.

WOW - an amazing 5D/4N. 5 glorious days of relaxing: 2+h snorkeling trips every morning & even longer trips in the afternoons, fishing from the "flying banana", swimming with green turtles, evenings chilling on a private deck in the hammocks or ocean swing & just time to breathe & discover island life (outside of the westernised veneer of the resorts). It takes less than 30min to circumnavigate Mabul at a leisurely pace. We met Reed & Nor as hosts & guests but became friends. With no running hot water (that said the cold showers were refreshing & very welcome), no air con (in 39+ C but fans in our bedroom with a full opening wall to the deck provided more than adequate ventilation) & sporadic electricity it is not for everyone but adds to the authenticity of living on the island (& with power banks was no issue at all). Al (boat driver & turtle spotter 🐢 extrodinaire) & Ry (house helper) couldn't have been kinder when stepping up to run lodge unexpectedly. Amazing meals & perfect stay

place is new and host is extremely responsive. if you are looking for a place that can fit the whole family, then look no further. infact they have a connecting doors to the next houses. place is clean too! we had a really nice stay

We went with a family with young kids and old parents. There is a room downstairs with is convenient for the grandparents. A quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

Nice unit, exactly the same as what you see. The only bad thing is the road to the unit is very bad.

The owner will also help to contact the car, so the taste of the restaurant is very convenient and recommended, and the Zhongda seafood restaurant will also help to contact island hopping! Great experience throughout, comfortable, great value for money, good reviews.

We absolutely loved our stay at this peaceful place right at the beach. I can only repeat what the other reviews have written: it’s very private and quiet, you wake up to the sound of the waves. Perfect to get away from the city hustle and a highlight of our stay in Sabah. The house has all basic amenities (comfortable beds, kitchen as described, bathroom) but also modern comforts like AC, fan and wifi. We loved the hammocks and the terrace for having breakfast. The village is very quiet, a few local eateries and basic supplies are available. Farius and his wife were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to every nature lover and hope to come again.

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were in a tough spot and needed help at the last minute in the middle of the night, and they went above and beyond to assist us. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and their kindness made all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with an amazing host!

What a great find! We enjoyed access to the pool and the gym, but it was too hot for the sauna. Henley was so responsive and super friendly. We got into town early and he very quickly arranged our early check-in. The area is perfect if you just want to chill and hang out, we were at the end of a busy trip so it was great The rooms and living space were very comfortable. The gas stove in the kitchen was great as we enjoy cooking our own meals. There is a large supermarket under 1km walking distance. Around 15 mins to the airport which is also convenient. I would definitely recommend!

There is a laundry place downstairs, there is also a large supermarket and a place to eat nearby, go out and contact the housekeeper in advance, it will be convenient to pick up and drop off.

Overall a very nice place for family stay. Cleanliness were done well, very convenient location as well.

It was a Cousy and spacious place for a group of 8-9 paxs. With huge bathrooms,hall and dinning. We had a wonderful stay

We spent 10 days at Clidern's condo. The location was very nice, just a bit out of town but still very convenient, with a view of the water from both the living room and master bedroom. It is spacious and feels solid- many condos have thin walls and floors but this one was very quiet. We enjoyed having a large kitchen with island, even though we did not cook very much! There are so many good places to eat, even a small food centre in the parking lot beside the building. If we come back to KK, we will definitely book again.

SukVui is a wonderful host, she is so proactive and friendly that will recommend local guides, restaurants and specialty around the hood. The house itself is gorgeous and clean. We had a great stay here :)

It's a great place to stay with your family. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was well-equipped with what I needed, so I used it comfortably like my own home! It was a restaurant on the first floor, and I used the convenience store well, and the playground and swimming pool on the 7th floor were good ^ ^ I walked around Snow Tone Mall and Suriasaba. I recommend it.♡

I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

The house is located near the Abbey Vegetable Market, you can buy your own lunch at the back of the market and process it at the processing point on the second floor of the market, you can go to the night market for dinner, it is relatively close to the durian stall under the Tianqiao and the night market on Jia Ya Street, you can walk to it
