Lanhee is an amazing host, her house is spotless, very comfy and well maintained. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, I even got to watch the entire spectacular new year’s firework show from there - I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such occasion! Thanks for everything:)

Very good, the landlord is Korean, but also speaks Chinese, there is no obstacle to communication, the room is very clean, the host is very friendly, the sea view room is really nice, the location is super good, you can open the curtains to see the sea. Downstairs is the biggest mall in Kota Kinabalu, just over a kilometer away from the center, very convenient!

This is a very happy and comfortable place to stay, Ms. Lanhee is very welcoming and kind, very fluent in Chinese, we also speak Korean, so there is no barrier to our communication, I think it is a wonderful fate. The room is a suite with a private bathroom and is very private.The room has a beautiful view of the sunrise and the sea.Bedding is also comfortable ~ Downstairs is the biggest local shopping mall, there are good restaurants, shopping convenience! Kota Kinabalu is really a comfortable place and I will come back if I get the chance ^ ^

The landlord was very friendly, and sent us to the airport at the price of the taxi, and there was a long way to print the boarding pass.It's so easy to get a taxi on this side of Tou Lake, grab can barely call, or thank the host for dropping us off at the airport!

great place to stay with family..lots of entertainment to do..the owner provide karaoke room, game room, swimming pool..our kids forgot their handphone because they were so busy playing so much real games there..will repeat to stay there again..

The room was spacious, the air conditioning was very cool, and there was a sofa and dining table in the living room. Our family 6 of us felt very comfortable staying there. The location was convenient, and it wasn't too far to walk to the jetty and the street. It was also very convenient for us to call a Grab car.

This property is extremely well maintained and has the new feeling when you're staying over. Extremely suitable for large group, it has 4 rooms. All the utensils is well kept. The outstanding part of this stay with this property was, owner Mr Alex is a person who is a understanding person and proactive quick to response to any enquiries. The property itself is situated to local shops when makes life easier, it's within walking distance. The property is located within a residential area, so you may want to keep the noise down by 10pm. Last but not least this property's highlights would be the the large space behind near the wet kitchen such a great space to gather to have food and to chill. Value for money.

The house has a large space, a good view, quiet, and is suitable for a family to travel. There is a shopping mall (mostly local people) downstairs where shopping and dining can be satisfied. You can walk to the beautiful Sabah University in 10 minutes. The landlord is very good, the communication and reply are very fast, and he is very enthusiastic!
