Very nice management and host, answered my questions promptly and correctly. The place is clean and cozy. I’ve enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is very new, no odor, had a pleasant stay and the host was responsive to needs

We stayed for the DragonBoat race at Likas. House was nice. Big space, can fit up 7 person (if 1 of them sleep on the couch). Washing machine & dryer was a huge bonus for us! Distance from Taman Awam Likas is walkable (1.2km) but need to be alert when crossing the road. Less eatery but they have a market/convenience store located at Ground Floor. Not far from the city (easily access by grab/taxi). Overall, it was a great stay for us! Will repeat in future!

Roseanne is a great host. She handed out the liftcard and welcome us herself at the lobby. A warm welcoming feeling. Nicely and tasteful decorated place. The view of the sea was terrific. Location is superb for a stay in a city and to get to the islands ( sapi , manukan etc ) nearby kota kinabalu. Plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance. Overal a great place a short getaway for us

Very nice unit. Spacious and nicely decorated. Check in was easy. There’s always a person to help with the mechanical parking. Great area, quiet yet close to the city.

The landlord is very easy to communicate with. The housekeeper waited downstairs for us to give us the room card. Very friendly. The room is very clean. The bedding is also very clean. The balcony has a nice sea view.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a gem. This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations, everything was exactly as described, if not better. The photos were accurate, and the space was even more inviting in person. No hidden surprises, just honest, thoughtful presentation. The cleanliness was impeccable. The entire place was spotless, from the freshly laundered linens to the clean bathroom and tidy kitchen. It’s clear the host takes pride in maintaining a high standard, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location was super ideal, 15minutes ride from airport , and easy access to everything by foot, great local eateries, gaya street , shopping mall, jesselton jetty, I personally like waterfront drinking place it is a very chill place to relax, lots of different drinking and eating place , all within walking distance. The room is quite large. And the facilities nearby are very convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is very good, not far from Jaya Street Wharf and Shuguang Square. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and there is plenty of food around, making life convenient. We arrived at the apartment at 4am on the day of check-in, the host waited for us downstairs and received us in person, very touching. At check-out, we were allowed to check out late until 5pm. The only thing about the apartment is that the elevator is too hard to wait for, there are too many guests staying during the Spring Festival, and it takes more than ten minutes to wait for the elevator every time.

I like the facilities so much. But maybe need to add trash bin inside the room or bathroom, put some extra pillow and mattress. The kitchen is so satisfying. My family had a great moment cooking and eating together there. The extra plastic for rubbish is so helpful to keep the kitchen clean. The washing machine is helpful to get our shirts dry faster after swimming. Overall i recommend this place and will be super duper excellent with those extra pillow and mattress. ❤️

Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

What a great find! We enjoyed access to the pool and the gym, but it was too hot for the sauna. Henley was so responsive and super friendly. We got into town early and he very quickly arranged our early check-in. The area is perfect if you just want to chill and hang out, we were at the end of a busy trip so it was great The rooms and living space were very comfortable. The gas stove in the kitchen was great as we enjoy cooking our own meals. There is a large supermarket under 1km walking distance. Around 15 mins to the airport which is also convenient. I would definitely recommend!

Great place for family, clean, comfortable, downstairs is shopping mall, free parking & swimming pool, playground for kids. Host is very kind, helpful & responding. Will stay again in this place.
