A beautiful place, a very nice apartment, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly, the area is magnificent, two blocks from the subway, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal, you don't hear the noise from the street. Analia, great host, totally recommended

The hosts are very attentive and kind, the area is very quiet for walking, although it is a bit difficult to find. It has some breweries nearby, and a 20/30 minute walk to the Hippodrome or Unicenter.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The stay was very good, we spent a few pleasant days with the family, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The area is very quiet and nice, with movement in the center.

The place is super comfortable, everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Christian was always willing to answer questions and provide solutions to any situation. I felt quite comfortable during my stay at the place

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos... I had a great time, it is a cozy apartment, everything was very tidy and clean. The furniture is impeccable. The balcony is great and quite private. Very nice apartment. With many details that make it quite warm. For example, it even had laundry soap, oil, salt, tea, coffee, and even a complimentary beer. All the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. And I love the area, it's a good neighborhood, and it has everything. Impeccable communication, very attentive to everything. We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. The building itself is very quiet, and easily accessible, we always found parking in the area. We'll be back for future visits to Buenos Aires

The apartment is impeccable, exactly as shown in the photos, and is close to restaurants and markets. Very easy to get to from the airport and other regions. I saw in the comments that it was super complete and that I didn't need to bring anything, but I didn't imagine it was so complete! It had soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, etc. The apartment was clean, everything in place. Access was super easy and practical — Maria sent me a message explaining everything in detail. And since the lock is smart, I didn't have to worry about arranging a time for check-in and check-out. I arrived late at night and left very early, without any problems. It's these little details that make hosting sensational! I'll definitely come back more often!
