Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Adriana always responded quickly, clearly, and was very flexible. The house is exactly as the pictures. Everything is clean and spotless. The location is safe and the surroundings are very peaceful. Super recommended.

The best accommodation in Buenos Aires! We loved the apartment — modern, comfortable, tastefully decorated. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived! Everything was spotless, clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and every detail is thought out for a perfect stay. The area is also amazing: quiet, safe, with many trees and at the same time close to everything — shops, cafes, parks. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and warmth! We would definitely stay here again and again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with an excellent view

Great building great location

A nice apartment, close to the River court and Darin's empanadas. It has a gym and pool as shown in the photos and we were able to use the parking lot. I would definitely go there again.

Very comfortable apartment for us, a married couple with two teenagers. Privacy, en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom. Everything worked great. Ale responded very quickly to every question! I'm very grateful! They left us coffee capsules and a complimentary bottle of water, which we loved. We didn't use the amenities, but everything looked spotless. The building is very clean and tidy too. The right location for the celebrations we were going to. The view of the river is beautiful! It is in front of a wooded area and clear of buildings, so you can enjoy the view of the river, sunrises and sunsets from the enclosed balcony (integrated into the living room)! Quality towels. Wifi works great. Safe area. The garage is very good too, the elevator is right next to the garage, so it's super convenient. You pay extra, but you make sure you have it resolved. Very happy with the experience!!

If you want to be in great location where everything is within walking distance then book this place! There is food, theater, ice cream shopping and the off and on bus close by. It is also close to the AEP airport. The best thing about this place is the location. It was also clean. It is an older building, so make sure you bring an adaptor for your plugs and chargers. Juan and Eduardo were responsive and nice. Again, great location.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
