Sehr gemütliches, uriges Bauernhaus. Etwas ganz besonders. Auch in Highlight: Frische Eier direkt aus dem Stall am Morgen. Unser Host war hilfreich, freundlich und quasi jederzeit erreichbar! Wir kommen wieder!

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Our family of 5 met with my brother's family of 5 here in Kuchl for a week holiday. Daniela's home was very nice. Plenty of space, nice outdoor area, everything the kids could want for fun. Our kids ranged from 1.5 yrs to 12. unfortunately the weather was rainy and colder than we expected, but we still had a great time. we visited Salzburg, the salt mine, thermal baths, and on sunny days enjoyed hiking and toboggan. supermarket 5 minutes away. kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed feeding the chickens, ducks, and cats. We'd recommend it to others especially with kids.

Fantastisch huis, smaakvol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Hebben met hele familie geweldige week gehad. Heel fijn dat elke kamer eigen badkamer en toilet had. Hadden ongelukje met toiletbril, werd heel soepel mee omgegaan. Erg sympatiek allemaal!

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mesmerizing mountain view from the deck was unforgettable. We loved spending time in the cheerful winter garden, playing table football (kicker) and unwinding in the relaxing sauna. Sandra was quick to response our calls and polite throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 11 Personen im Haus! 3 Generationen und Hund! Ein wirklich netter Vermieter, superschnelle Antworten und Dinge, die wir als Anregung mitgegeben haben, wird er umsetzen! Jederzeit wieder, soviel Platz, dass man sich ungestört mal zurückziehen konnte, um Ruhe zu finden! Geräumiges großes Wohnzimmer für die Abende, viele Fernsehprogramme etc.! Das war für diesen Preis nicht zu toppen! Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück! TOP

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in der Alpetalhütte verbracht. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns herzlich aufgenommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um das Berchtesgadener Land zu entdecken, auch gleich zu Fuß. Besonders wohltuend: der Blick aus der Sauna in den Wald. Alles einfach wunderbar.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Einfach super, alles war wie beschrieben und wirklich extrem Sauber. Super zum abschalten und Wandern gehen. Würde wiederkommen

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sehr sauber, sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und eine gute Lage. Anna ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir würden uns sofort wieder für diese schöne Wohnung entscheiden.

Kerstins Haus befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Tal nahe an der Saalach und ist von den schönsten Bergen umgeben. Zum Fluss sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Insbesondere Kinder können dort hervorragend spielen und z. B. Dämme aus Steinen bauen, Steine über das Wasser springen lassen und Steintürme bauen. (stone-balancing) In der nahen Umgebung sind die besten Skigebiete der Welt. Fieberbrunn mit Anschluss an den Skizirkus Saalbach Hinterglemm - Leogang ist ca. 35 Minuten entfernt. Zell am See ist auch sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Familienskigebiet Almenwelt Lofer sind es mit dem Auto nur 4 Minuten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der schöne Kachelofen sorgt für eine behagliche Wärme. Insgesamt fehlt es an nichts. Das Haus ist freistehend und hat einen großen, gepflegten Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Garage durften wir ebenfalls benutzen. Kerstin ist äußerst freundlich und immer erreichbar. Klare 10 von 10! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft von Alma hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sogar mit Skiraum. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine kurze Roomtour bekommen. Neben der Wohnung ist direkt ein Supermarkt was sehr praktisch war. Zum Skibus muss man ein Weilchen laufen, aber ist machbar. Etwas schade ist, dass man für die Sauna extra vor Ort zahlen muss (2 Euro pro 20 Min). Bei der Buchung muss man ein bisschen aufpassen, weil einem die Wohnung in Kirchberg angezeigt wird, sie aber dann in Brixen ist. Bei der Stornierung werden auch keine Ausnahmen gemacht. Die Wohnung an sich war aber top.

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

We traveled with two families for a week’s ski holiday and as there was just 9 of us we had ample of space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are lots of bathrooms and toilets so getting ready in the morning was easy. The sauna was much appreciated by all after a full day of skiing. There is a great boot room with a heated cupboard to keep your boots and your ski clothes nice and warm over night. Really great touch. The shared spaces are really cosy and comfy. Plenty of space for kids and grownups to have their own space for chilling and socialising. The kitchen is great for cooking and we ended up staying in most nights even if there are a lot of great eating options nearby. The location is superb with a short walk to the gondola. Skiing at the resort is fantastic and is well catered for kids and families. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for any family or group of friends.

Everything was perfect! Christine was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. A few good ski areas 15 min away. Saalbach a tad bit further (but better). Greatly recommend!

Wir waren hier mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei kleineren Kindern zum Winterurlaub. Das Objekt und die Region eignen sich hervorragend für diverse Arten von Winteraktivitäten. Wer im Alpinskibereich höhere Ansprüche hat kann z.B. in ca 35 min den Widen Kaiser erreichen.

Schönes, altes, uriges Domizil mit modernen Akzenten wie Küche( mit allem ausgestattet) Bäder, Duschen. Sehr sauber. Super am Berghang gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge, der Wendelstein Bergbahn, …. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bahnhof für Fahrten nach Bayrischzell oder bis München . Der Schliersee und Tegernsee sind gut mit dem PKW erreichbar. Netter, freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin und sehr schnelle Antworten auf Fragen Da wir auch Ende Oktober Anfang November super Wetter hatten war es eine perfekte Woche
