Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We had a very nice stay at this place and the host was really friendly. i would recommend thia place to others, as it is a perfect location to start hikes or bike trips.

A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

This was a great stay in a little town just outside of Saltzberg. It is an old farmhouse with many authentic items. There was plenty of room for a group of three. All of our needs were met, and our host advised us on a great restaurant for lunch.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and the communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and were given a short tour of the property. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the property are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We were guests at the end of June and felt very comfortable. Thomas, Christina and family have been very accommodating and nice. A special highlight for our little son were the animals on site. It was very clean, better than in the photos and we could make out many tours from the accommodation. We certainly weren't there the last time

Florian’s place was fantastic, offering stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn and the surrounding mountains. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

We stayed at Alexandra's place for an extended weekend. Apartment is corresponding to the description. Everything was tidy. Communication with Alexandra without problems. We felt very comfortable.

Five of us stayed here in March '25 and went skiing in the local area. The house is very nicely finished and has a very comfortable setup. Mostly we cooked for ourselves but one evening we walked around the corner to the "Restaurant Zur Glitzernden Lederhos'n", which I can also recommend. The local ski area is great too. Overall, a super experience and we hope to come back to stay here again!

I would highly recommend this place! Really perfect as a group trip. The place is very lovingly decorated and contains everything that is needed! We especially loved the warm barrel!
