Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Our cozy cottage in Edsåsen is a comfortable accommodation for two of 35 sqm. You live at the foot of Renfjället. From the plot you have a view of the mountain landscape. The starting point is great for tours on the mountains around, no matter the season. You are never far to ski tours, alpine skiing, hiking, biking, paddling or fishing. By car, you can get to Edsåsdalen in 5 minutes and Trillevallen in 10 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to Åre and Vålådalen can be reached in 30 minutes.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. During the dates of June 17 to July 21, 2024, the guest (s) will be able to take care of two social outdoor cats. During this time, the guest (s) will not be able to bring their own pet. Charming cottage with walking distance to grocery store and beach. The cottage is about 40 m2 with sleeping loft. The house was built at the end of the 19th century but has been renovated in 2014.
