The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.

The mini house is located within a 7 minute drive from the centre of Røros. You will have full access to a large garden. The house is brand new and fully equipped with; mattresses duvets and pillows. You will find all necessary soap items in the tiny house because it must be biodegradable. You will receive general guidance on the use of the tiny house upon arrival. Log house from the 18th century of 120 sqm on two floors located approx. 900 m from the center, train station and airport. The ski trip can be started outside the house door, driven ski slopes at a distance of 400 m. By bike or kick you will get to the center in 5 minutes. Proximity to hiking trails both on foot and by bike. Distance to Håelva with suspension bridge and fishing possibilities about 200 m.
