Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Very close to Historic Woodstock, restaurants and shopping. Easy interstate access. We are 40 min from Downtown Atlanta, 15 min from Lakepoint Sports Complex, great for baseball families, an easy drive to Lake Allatoona, and toTruist Park, home of Atlanta Braves. You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
