In front of the accommodation are the New National Theater and Opera City, and within a 3-minute walk is a shopping district. You can enjoy both the modern THE Tokyo and the local atmosphere. Convenience store is 20 seconds away. There are supermarkets and more than 40 cafes/restaurants of all genres around the house. Great access to major tourist destinations. Tokyo Station and Ginza Station are within 30 minutes by train. There are direct buses from Shinjuku Bus Terminal to Haneda and Narita Airports, Disneyland, Mt. Fuji, Hakone, etc., making access to Tokyo and beyond very good and convenient.
