The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and garden. A separate entrance, free parking and barbecue facilities are also available. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Our cozy log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and sleeps 4 people. It is located at the entrance to the town on a typical village street and is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Shopping, nature, and excursion destinations are within easy reach. Our adjacent large meadow, with bushes and fruit trees, is located on the edge of the nature reserve and the Seeanger. Seeburger See, with dining options, is a 10-minute walk away.

The cottage is located in the museum village of Ebergötzen, the Wilhelm Busch Mill and the European Bread Museum are within walking distance. Lake Seeburg is also only 4 km away. Shopping facilities such as bakeries and Edeka are nearby. The 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 8 people. With a large dining and living area with adjoining kitchen. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

Our outdoor shower with views of the surrounding forest provides a refreshing outdoor shower experience.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Apartment in the "Villa Sonnenschein"

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Vacation home on Lake Seeburg, 100 meters to the water

In this accommodation, you will find an adventure playground right next to the holiday home. While the children play freely, family members can relax on the terrace or enjoy their time in the sauna or pool. The natural swimming pond is just a three-minute walk away, and the Harz mountains can be reached in less than half an hour.
