During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Our loving house with feel-good garden is located in an absolutely quiet idyll overlooking the Kampenwand and invites you to recover from stressful everyday life. The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. Log cabin with its own sauna - like in a tree house

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.

Harpfing Vacation Rental

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the Wildfreizeitpark in Oberreith. The first port on Lake Chiemsee in Seebruck is about 19 km away. Directly in the village is in approx. 400 meters away is a bakery and only 200 meters further, you can visit the animals of the Filmtierhof in Harpfing. With sufficient snow, the cross-country ski trail starts about 50 meters away from the property.

Spend a lovely time in the apartment with mountain views and a large south-facing terrace. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and a bathtub. In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country trail right outside the door.
