"A recently refurbished self-contained annex in the midst of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Bicester Village outlet centre is a short drive away. From the Duck House there is a short walk to the award winning 16th Century Thatched Pub, the Red Lion, in our village. There are many lovely walks around the village, surrounding countryside and path along the River Thames.

Small Heated Residential Studio with En Suite set in a secluded and private area of my garden, just off the lovely historic high street - with stunning range of Independent Shops yet only minutes walk from beautiful Chilterns countryside all around and only 5 minutes walk from The Ridgeway.
