The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Quietly located, this two-bedroom apartment is very easy to access and will seduce you for your hikes and walks around Lake St Férreol, accessible in 5 minutes on foot. No smoking, but an outdoor area is available. Pets not allowed, thank you for your understanding. Our accommodation is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a kettle and a toaster.
