Vacation rentals with lake access in Revel

Dominique and her husband are warm, communicative hosts and attentive to welcoming guests. The apartment was very clean and matched the description on the website. The environment is quiet, pretty, well appointed and relaxing with a lake located a little further down. I highly recommend it to nature lovers.

Thanks to Fabienne for hosting us, she is very responsive to answering questions and was a good source of tips for visiting the area. She and her husband are lovely people. They run a charming little restaurant in the village, very nice to have a good time. We had a great weekend with friends with our children. The house is perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. The environment is relaxing and peaceful if you want to disconnect from your life at 100 miles an hour and you enjoy nature, this is the right place! The WiFi works without any problems😉! This is the second time I've stayed at this house, and it's always a pleasure! The accommodation is very clean, tidy, and perfectly equipped, especially with many very practical kitchen accessories. The location is also great, with shops nearby. Great for a few days stay. Edwige is welcoming, available and responsive when needed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a very nice stay. The house is cozy, with fireplace, and especially with children ideal – there are many games, puzzles and books. Even on a rainy day, we were able to keep the kids busy so well. Everything is lovingly decorated, there is plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. A special highlight of course was the fantastic view and an evening walk on the dirt roads that start right behind the house and where there are chickens, cows and donkeys to discover. Joëlle was an attentive host and provided us with many helpful excursion tips and addresses. Thank you – we would have liked to have stayed longer!

Accommodation matches the different photos, carefully decorated. It was very hot upstairs in the bedroom as there was no air conditioning, we were surprised by this heat but downstairs it was very good.

Everything was really exactly as described :-) The accommodation is surrounded by nature and it is really very pleasant to have your first coffee on the terrace :-)

Everything is nickel-chrome at Catherine's. The apartment is very spacious and very well furnished. We discovered her Book on the site, it gave us ideas for interesting visits.

We had a great girls weekend in this beautiful place. The house is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. It is very well equipped, the pool and hot tub are really great! There were 7 of us and everything was perfect to fully enjoy the stay. I highly recommend it!

Stunning property in beautiful isolation, with woodland, wild garden areas and babbling stream - but close to pretty small villages and Carcassonne only 1/2 hour away with large supermarkets for a “big” shop. Very easy to settle in to a very relaxing holiday. Our host has a family house renovated sympathetically full of character and personal effects. 3 good sized bedrooms, though only one toilet on the bedroom floor. Huge living room with fantastic views - ditto the kitchen, which is well stocked. We met Guillaume whilst mowing his vast area of grass - absolutely charming and he was very helpful and responsive throughout. Some toys, cot and a stair gate for our toddler grandson! We absolutely loved it - a joy and a privilege to experience this unique property. PS NOT for people with mobility problems. We absolutely loved it!

Wonderful stay with family. The house is perfect for gathering with its multiple levels! Everyone has their own little space. The garden and terrace are great for having a good time (meals/relaxation) and hosting pets (enclosed). I recommend it for recharging (house surrounded by nature) and visiting (proximity to several villages and Carcassonne). However, some small elements were missing to make the stay perfect (only 1 towel present, no dishwashing product, empty hand soap upstairs). I therefore recommend that future guests plan everything they need. Thank you

An exceptional stay! The gite is so well set up from the glorious setting and peaceful atmosphere to the fast wifi, underfloor heating, modern interior, large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. It is a little hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside and our hosts were beyond amenable and welcoming. Colin’s incredible art just creates a wonderful atmosphere. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in a long time! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely gite in Aragon.
