Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The private Berthe apartment is air-conditioned, it is located in the heart of the Métairie du Château, on the 1st floor, overlooking the courtyard of an old rehabilitated farmhouse. It is named after one of the sharecroppers and is in the old barn. Outdoor parking space in the private path, shared pool access to the property. Bed linen and bath sheets will be provided, Wi-Fi connection available.

Our Mélèze gîte is ideal for a family with children or teenagers. We are located 100 m from the lake of St Ferréol and its nautical center, at the end of a private dead end, in the peace of our oak grove. We have a play area for children, a pétanque court, a trampoline, a zip line, swings and a covered, uncovered heated swimming pool (except from June to September) shared with the other 2 gîtes.
