Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

The cottages of the old orchard, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farmhouse, with a porch and an individual front door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from October 6 to April 21) and garden furniture allows you to enjoy the sun; you can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

Accommodation located 40 minutes from LIMOGES, 10 minutes from BELLAC with restaurant, supermarket and municipal swimming pool, and 30 minutes from LAKE SAINT-PARDOUX which offers 3 sandy beaches, equipped with multisport grounds, playground and picnic area. Swimming supervised in July and August. A practical guide will be available in the cottage for more outings!!
