Separate apartment within a house (the 1st floor of a 3-story house; this is not a space for partying as we live upstairs and you will hear footsteps). Quiet hours at 10pm. Private entrance. 1 bedroom w/queen, 1 queen sleeper-sofa, full bath, full kitchen, wonderful view of hot air balloons at sunset. Hot tub is not available for guests. LGBT-friendly. Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Cozy yet spacious studio apartment attached to the main house where I live. You will have your own private patio, a full kitchen. Most everything you would need is there. The bathroom is simple and small, but very nice and clean and all amenities you would need. The Studio apartment reflects my home, which is full of color and Mexican art/ folk art. It's not new or modern. Built in 1953, a Ranch House style. It's unique and full of life!
