The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities.The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants.
