The house has a large kitchen with a redwood bar for entertaining. Large deck with BBQ. Three bedroom, two bath with a jacuzzi tub. Fenced in yard. Pt Arena is a unique small town that will steal your heart.

Located in the town of Gualala and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Very fast wifi. For multiple families the unit right next door is on Airbnb as well.
