The apartment for fitters and holiday guests with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms has been newly furnished. Separate entrance on the first floor with hallway, wardrobe and laundry room with washer-dryer. On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

On 128 sqm, you will enjoy an upscale ambiance with plenty of space to relax, just a few steps from the forest and the Aabach stream. Special comfort is provided by keyless PinPad access, a whirlpool, a large partly covered terrace, and spacious, light-filled rooms with extensive amenities. We live next door and are happy to share personal tips. Simply arrive and unwind.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook well for six people. The bright bathroom is equipped with tub and shower. In the particularly quiet bedroom is enough space for a specially brought travel children's bed. A balcony is available for your own use and the Asiagarten offers pure relaxation.

Old mill

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the time in our "Old Mill," where in the 19th our wheat was still ground in the 19th century. In 2019, we converted the premises into a cozy, small apartment and are now looking forward to welcoming guests to our farm who want to treat themselves to a break in nature - with walks and bike tours right next to us in the adjacent forest. Or how about just letting your soul dangle by the pond?
