Walk to the Beach from Cozy Cottage

The house has a cozy fireplace, a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the front yard and front porch, a fully equipped kitchen, DVD's, board games, and plenty of books. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twins, which can be made into a king (for an added $75 charge). The living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa bed. The entire home is decorated in a beautiful blue and white beach theme, high-end finishes, and equipped with everything to make your stay perfect. As a guest in our home, you have access to all interior spaces, a full backyard, and an off street driveway. You also have access to a storage shed in the backyard that has beach toys, one cruiser style bike, beach chairs, a s'mores center and tools for cooking out. Additional bikes can be rented at the bike shop about a half mile up the road. Info on rental rates is included at the home for your convenience. If you desire, you can also access Newport's Fitness and Aquatic Center using complimentary passes provided to our guests. To access, simply let us know you'd be interested in your initial introductory message and upon reservation confirmation we will let you know how to access the passes stored in the house. Your stay at The Cozy Cottage includes our "Best Of Newport" guidebook with our personal recommendations for restaurants and activities in the local area. During your stay you can also text us with any urgent questions. Located in Nye Beach, which is referred to as "the Gem of the Oregon Coast.” Explore lively eateries, pubs, upscale gift and clothing shops, and the Newport Performing Arts Center. Take time to visit the Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. From our home you can walk to everything in Nye Beach, and are just a short drive from all that Newport has to offer. Newport is approximately a three hour drive from Portland, Oregon. Animals are not allowed in this home as it is designated as an animal-allergen free home due to allergies on behalf of the homeowner. Also absolutely No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including inside the house, in the yard or in the driveway.
