La Noix is recently build modern 58m2 apartment. On a 2nd floor in a building, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with ensuite showers plus 1 wc room. Free parking just outside the building for 1 car. 10mins walk to town, bus station is 250 meters away. The chalet benefits from an ideal location, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars and 5/10 minutes walk to Pleney telecabine/Morzine centre. The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Our chalet is situated in a quiet area (private way) with a panoramic view on the mountains.We are 2km from the center and the lifts but 2 free buses are 3 minutes walk from home.
