This 1 bedroom apartment is super central! 500 metres from Super M lift and 700 metres from Pleney Telecabin. Only a 3-minute walk to local shops, bakery and ski/bike rentals. This spacious first floor apartment sleeps 4 people (1 double bed & 1 sofa bed), boasts views of Pleney from the balcony and has on-site parking, a cave for ski storage & Bike storage in the summer. There is a bath with shower, a washing machine and a seperate toilet.

Ski-in apartment near Prodains Express

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Located on the sunny side of the valley, enjoy the panoramic view of Morzine and the mountains. In summer, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool (heated in July and August) to relax in the sun. In winter, the free shuttle bus departing from the foot of the building takes you directly to the Morzine-Les Gets area (from December 2025 to the end of March 2026).
