Villa vacation rentals in Morzine

We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful garden to the south. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. The only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we'll be back.

We had a great five-night stay in this beautiful house! The location is perfect – the charming old town of Yvoire is within walking distance of just a few minutes, which is ideal for excursions, restaurants and small purchases. There were six of us traveling and we had more than enough space – the house is very spacious and is ideal for up to 4 couples. We especially liked the large living area, where you can eat together or spend cozy evenings. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. From kitchen appliances to dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, everything you need for a relaxing stay is available. Another plus: towels and linens are provided – this makes packing much easier! Check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. Communication with the host was also friendly and pleasant. We can fully recommend the house!

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

The villa with the fantastic view and the many seating options is perfect for large groups. The amenities and attention to detail made our stay perfect all around. Only the flies are a plague in the spring. But definitely recommend.

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

We are more than satisfied with our stay! Everything lived up to our expectations, no nasty surprises on arrival. The view is splendid and the house very well equipped. We were particularly touched by Annick's warm welcome, who took the time to show us around the house and the way to the beach. A great basket of local produce was in the fridge. Communication was easy, Annick was there as soon as we made our reservation, right up to the end of our stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and host.

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Manoir. We were a little clan of three generations, grandparents , children , grandchildren and the chalet and the garden offered many places for gathering as well as many places for privacy , of each family , little groups or someone just wanting some quiet time for himself. From each window there are beautiful views, of the garden and the unspoiled surroundings ( trees, meadow of the neighboring farms , the village on the other side of the river…. The house is old but very well equipped and decorated with lots of original pieces of art combining local traditions with scottish ones…. It is full of surprises, there are lots of books in several languages, games and toys and three tuned pianos…. When there were some technical problems Alexander took care of everything as fast and as wholeheartedly as possible! Thanks again!! The house is not ideal for toddlers who just learned to walk or for very old persons- it has a-lot of stairs inside.

We had a nice time at Sylvie and Sébastien's house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for some agricultural traffic (apparently a main road or something). The house is completely screened so you have a lot of privacy. All the way through all the shutters and the gate. After a day in Geneva, it was really relaxing to cool off in the pool. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Reymond is a great host, welcome us at our arrival and helped us settled in even before the check in time he allowed us to get into the accomodation after many hours flight to Geneva, We are group of 11 Comrade delegates from Nigeria and we found tgis accomodation meet up with our needs, Close to Annemasse Train Station, Supermarkets and Shops around the neighbourhood at walkable distances, Reymond Provided all the basics for the guests including WiFi, Towels for everyone and much more, Toilet Tissues etc. I will recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short let around annemmasse. Wonderful stay in this comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation... my friends and I were very happy with these returns from the slopes by the fireplace and this warm atmosphere like at home... a special note for Tom who checks all the boxes of kindness, availability to efficiency... thanks to him for his invaluable help 😊🌺👏
