The surface area is 45 m2 with a living room, a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Non-convertible sofa Shops are a 10-minute walk away and free shuttles to the Avoriaz or Morzine areas are a 2-minute walk away. Mountain bikers are not allowed (no bike storage)

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
