Lake Front house steps away from the water, Private dock on the homeowners property. Updated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new HVAC system Use the 2 Kayaks, fish off the pier or play in the lake! What an excellent experience since Feb 2017, over 360, 5*star reviews through 2024. Highlight: We had three different couples kayaked to the small private Island and were engaged having a memory of a lifetime*** we're happy to continue to host! 2 night min.

Lake Norman private retreat

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
