Cottage vacation rentals in Mooresville

After Hurricane Helen damaged my home, my insurance placed me in Ron’s property and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had. The home is immaculate, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with everything from cleaning supplies to spices. It truly felt like home. Ron is incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive. He replaced a driveway light and changed the BBQ gas the same day I mentioned them. The house is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for my daughters, our dog, and our cat. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, and lakefront setting made every day peaceful and fun. It’s rare to find a place this clean, cozy, and well cared for, with hosts who genuinely go above and beyond. We’re so grateful for the comfort and joy this stay brought us during a difficult time. This is a hidden gem I’d recommend to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Ron, for everything!

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

Worked well for larger multi family gathering. Very well equipped kitchen. Super clean. Pool table/ping pong table and arcade plus multiple dining room areas were very useful. Beautiful location on a lake. Broken appliance issue resolved in a timely manner. Conveniently located to freeway, top grocery, big box stores and any activities we wanted to do.

Stephanie was easy to get ahold of, made check in and out seamless. The surroundings were beautiful, and the home had plenty of space for me and my family.

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

We chose this Airbnb for the location. It was close to downtown, and many other amenities. The photos were all as described, the house was spotless, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Worked out perfectly for us as we waited to close on our new house as we recently moved here from SWFL. We love the area, so we moved here. Highly recommend this property as it was cheaper than a hotel.

Stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful house, very clean and cozy. Outside was private with a privacy fence on one side and shrubs on the other. It was quiet at night and with a gated driveway it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property! We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We cooked-out on the grill and were surprised to find the fridge was conveniently already stocked with some basic condiments which made for an easier and less expensive grocery run! Nice kitchen and grill. Plenty of space. Amazing lake with access to kayaks, a paddle board, and lake mat which made for a fun time. Jamie was so sweet and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Christine’s cottage is the perfect place to stay in this area! It is updated, very clean, and very peaceful. She was kind and gave clear instructions. She had every amenity you would need while staying-it was so thoughtful and helpful!! It is close to grocery stores and the nice downtown area of Lincolnton! So happy with our stay :)

I was in town for the week for my son’s college graduation. The cottage was perfect for our needs! Makes a great first impression - loved the decor and has everything you would need to feel at home. A fully appointed kitchen and outdoor grill allowed us to host several dinners for my son and friends. Having a washer/dryer available for use was fantastic. Gwynne and her team were very responsive when we felt like the air conditioners weren’t cooling properly. I contacted them in the evening, they helped me do some troubleshooting and had someone out that next morning to fix it. I have a younger son in college in Belmont and will definitely be renting again!

This Airbnb was perfect for a peaceful, private weekend and only 40 minutes from downtown Charlotte!

The cabin was cute the bed was soft and the hosts were very nice with some home baked goods. It was very clean and felt very homely.

Great little place! Easy to get to, far enough out to be quiet but not too far from the main roads. It was nice to sit out on the swings and relax.

A new efficiency apartment for 2 that was very clean, easy to access and approachable. Comfortable bed and nice rain showerhead. Well maintained. Recommend this for a Charlotte as it is pretty close to downtown and not far from public transportation.

We immediately felt right at home at the Bohopad! Tucked away in a peaceful and natural setting, it was easy to relax right upon arrival. The colorful and eclectic (tastefully done!) decor felt fun to the senses. Every aspect of comfort was provided. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, clean and simple bathrooms. . . it was everything we wanted for a weekend retreat. The host was very helpful for any need that arose. We will be back again!
