This centrally-located comfy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment duplex was just recently remodeled. Other than the original oak floors, the entire suite is brand new. Its location makes it very unique being located very close to the hospital. Just walk to the back of the property and out the back gate to the hospital across the way. Bird House

The “bird house” is a 120 year old bird themed carriage house! It is an open space concept with 20ft ceilings in half and a master loft on the other. It shares a yard with what once was a Catholic Church and the church rectory(both are now private residences). The backyard is very private with a green house and patio perfect for morning coffee. The owner’s live in the main home with very friendly dogs that also use the yard(young bernadoodle and geriatric Sheppard). Enjoy!
