Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. Idyll near the lake

It is a peaceful place for two guests who want relaxing holidays outside !! of the tourist city center who want to enjoy the lake and make excursions in the area. Staader Straße leads down to the swimming beach, the small marina and the ferry to Meersburg. The city center is about 20 minutes by bike / bus. We have newly renovated the spacious, bright apartment on the upper floor of our family house and took care to preserve its old building charm.

Nach einem Jahr Pause ist unsere Ferienwohnung ab Juni 2023 wieder buchbar. Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten.

Lovingly furnished, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and the beach in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure opportunities.
