Our beautiful, bright vacation apartment was completed in 2017. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility near the lake (beach and view), you are in the right place in Litzelstetten. A large living-dining area and a bedroom with a double bed invite you to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with oak parquet and has a fully equipped kitchen including oven, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo) and dishwasher. In addition, there is of course a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our cozy apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break outside the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

A newly built, modern apartment located directly by the forest and yet close to the center. On 30 square meters, you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a private modern bathroom with shower, and a combined kitchen and living room. There is an additional sofa bed with a lying area of 1.10 x 1.86 m. You can enjoy the sun in your own front yard. For children, a slide and swing are available to share in the private garden area
