Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Welcome to a charming small apartment in our horse farm in Skåne! The apartment is located on the ground floor of our idyllic half-timbered house and has access to a patio looking out over the yard. Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min h. Lund C. Parking space is available.
