In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in under 15 minutes.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

A self-built and lovely Tinyhouse in our garden, in a quiet residential area. Free parking and WiFi. Access to playground in our garden if desired. There is outdoor furniture and the possibility to barbecue. There is also an electric car charger that can be borrowed for a fee. Five minutes' walking distance to both store and pizzeria. 7 minutes from the E6 highway. About 10 km to the nearest city, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
