In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. You will be staying in a renovated and independent Landes barn on the owners' property. You have a living room with briquette fireplace, sofa, equipped kitchen, bedroom with a large 140 bed, and a bedroom with 1 pull-out bed in 90, bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. The place is quiet and not overlooked. On request a baby cot is available as well as a bathtub and a booster seat. THE ACCOMMODATION IS EQUIPPED WITH WIFI.
