We welcome you to our new house, full of charm in the heart of a half-timbered residential area. You will be a short walk from the Landes forest and its bike paths (which pass right in front of our neighborhood), which will also take you directly to Cap de l'Homy beach. By car the beaches (Contis and Cap de l'Homy) are only about ten minutes away. In addition, the house is in the heart of Lit et Mixe. This accommodation is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

The tipi

Come and spend the night in the heart of the farm animals under a Saharan tent equipped with two double beds. You will have the privilege of attending the feeding of the animals in the morning. Bathrooms, a kitchen and free parking are available on site. The teepee is located about 200 meters from the sanitary-kitchen-parking area. Breakfast is provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided (can be provided for an extra charge and upon request).

"Noa" cabin

Come and relax in this new wooden house, located 4 km from the ocean. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure. The open fireplace ensures romantic evenings. On cool autumn and winter days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and coziness.
