Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. The mezzanine with a view of the stars will make you fall in love. The expression "everything that is small is cute" perfectly represents this house with a cozy spirit! You will of course find all the comforts you need.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Located within the Biscar'Ose property in Biscarrosse Bourg, the “Cocon” is a charming little 40 m² house, carefully decorated and rated 3* by the tourist office. It consists of an equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a sitting area, a desk, a bathroom with a double shower, and a separate toilet. IMPORTANT: Mezzanine beds are intended for children or young adults. The ceiling height is 1.30 m max. No television. SPA SUPPLEMENT: 40 euros per day to be paid on-site. Gym available free of charge on request. Possibility to use the 2-seater sofa bed.

We also offer breakfast at a rate of €7/person (to be booked the day before and paid on site).
