In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

In the Biscar'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming little quiet house, rated 3* by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can nevertheless accommodate 1 young child and/or 1 baby: contact us to arrange these options. We prefer to rent by the week in high season, for any other need of overnight stays (minimum 2) or weekends and public holidays, thank you to make us a request for information. In a peaceful and green setting, a short walk from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is completely enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
