We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
