About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. Small house + terrace: 3 km from Vienna (15 min train)

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.

The villa is in an absolutely quiet location but only 30 minutes (public) from Vienna city center. The mid-century property was lovingly furnished with original furniture from the 50s, 60s and 70s and meets all modern requirements.
