We had such an incredible stay at Nathalie's Chateau! The house is even more beautiful than it looks on the website, and that is saying something! She was the perfect host - so helpful and check in and out were a breeze. She let us check in early too which was amazing. The chateau's grounds are absolutely stunning, yet it is the perfect size to make it still feel homely. We would love to come back to visit again! She helped us arrange some wine tours which were incredible and we had an unforgettable time. We did a tour on the Sunday on electric bikes with Rustic Vines which we would highly recommend to anyone!

The house is a great place and very well positioned to reach Bordeaux Airport. Nathalie offered a great recommendation to visit Chateau Biac and answered queries quickly. We appreciated the late check out.

Great location, personal amenities and care.

The house is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by vineyards. Check in was quick and we were soon playing in the pool with the kids. Nathalie was really quick with replying to any questions I had and arranged a taxi for us and suggested things to do. We even tried a bottle of their home made wine and it was delicious. We visited chateau BIAC which is very close and well worth the 5 minute walk over. The views from the top room are amazing and we loved sitting in the garden till late at night. Thank you so much for a lovely much needed holiday

Great location and setting. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Nathalie was very helpful, giving us local tips ahead of our trip, and answered all our questions. We had a great time!

Once we figured out how to split the 2 families between the 5 bedrooms, taking under account the walk through bathroom, we were totally at home. The kitchen was fully and extremely well equipped, the swimming pool surprisingly long, and the beds were perfect for all of us. The fruits and vegetables shop and the butcher in the village was a real treat and we loved climbing the trees at Le Lac aux Branches. The only thing we were missing was a few more days and a longer stay. Thank you ever so much for a lovely stay.

We had an utmost wonferful experience in this beautiful home where everthing lived jo to our high expectations. I thoroughly recommend staying here. It is a beautiful traditional house and much-loved home. Valerie was away so I was hosted by Valerie’s son who was very helpful. It was very easy to get to the chateau where I was for a wedding - I even walked back - in daylight. It’s in a very quiet street but very close to the supermarket and the town and river. I had excellent communication and lots of helpful information before I arrived. I would love to stay here again.

The house was beautiful as well as the surrounding area, we felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and it was incredibly affordable, even for two students! We couldn't reccomend staying here more. Excellent hosts!

Anne’s Chateau is absolutely amazing. Anne and her family are very kind and generous. We had such a great experience there and want to go back for a second visit. We were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and elegant. The place was spotless, the company was very wonderful. They told us about many local activists and we were not disappointed. Their dogs were a huge hit with our eight year old daughter, they are well trained and charming. There is something magical about the place. I highly recommend it.

Anne's home was even more spectacular than we expected, and the grounds and area were also beautiful. This is wine country, and the settings are breathtaking. The appreciation we had for the house itself can't be expressed. This is a family home that is 100s of years old. The house and the furnishings are exquisite as is the host. Anne is charming, warm and generous. We gave the "location" four stars as our original objective was to be no more than 20 - 25 minutes from Bordeaux. It did take us a bit longer, but it was worth it. If we returned to spend time in the area, we would definitely try to book Anne's family castle again and seek to spend more time in the countryside.

Super old castle, should stay longer, appreciate the beauty of the castle! The location of the navigation is not accurate. Actually, the house between the supermarket and the football field is set off very early. The landlord is still eager to prepare breakfast for us. The only thing in the room is that you can't eat or drink in the room!

Anne’s home is a short drive from Bordeaux in a lovely village. Our stay was like the best of the best of Airbnb, not just accommodation but truly an experience. We could not recommend this stay more highly if you want to escape the touristic rush and bustle of Bordeaux. Our daughter loved interacting with the two Chateau dogs.

Laetitia's place is very stylish and thought through. We were staying for a wedding in a nearby chateaux and the location was walkable from the wedding venue. The town was so sleepy and relaxing and the Sunday night pizza shack outside the supermarche was incredible! The town also has a bakery that's open everyday - so delicious! Also, for a small apartment, the double bed was a kingsize so I was happy :)

The accommodation is very good. Very calm and pleasant. The area is superb, many visits to do (Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, the Arcachon basin .....). For swimming, the lake of Hostens which is not far, tree climbing Arbor and sense ... to summarize, always enough to take care ......

Perfect place to rest in the corner of a wood stove, stroll in the countryside, admire the stars after dark and of course leave with a basket of fresh vegetables and eggs from the production of Rosanna and François. I highly recommend.

My family stayed here when we attended a wedding at Chateau Lagorce and it was perfect for what we needed. Rosanna is the perfect host, quick to offer advice and help when needed. The accommodation itself is great size for small family, clean and stylish. Also a great location and a short cycle into Langoiran for bakery and supermarket. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay and wish it had been for longer! We loved the stunning location and the place was stylish and spotlessly clean. A great base for exploring Bordeaux and the surrounding wineries.

The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos and in them it already looks very pretty. The place has a lot of charm. We went in December and the heating made us not cold at any time. In the kitchen they have everything you could need. Communication with the hosts was very fast and smooth. When we return to Bordeaux this will be a preferred place.

Perfect! Where to start?! The location was great - we were there for a wedding at Chateaux Lagorce, we took 10 min taxis each day, and on one night we even walked home (it was August and still very warm.. ). There are amenities in the village which was great - also a big supermarket 2 mins away. The house - a beautiful classic French Gîte - with beautiful gardens, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The bedrooms - our double room was a little warm in august, but nothing an open window couldn't solve - and no mosquitos to worry about. The twin room is small, but sufficient and the open double is not super private, but has curtains to pull around the bed to give some privacy. A Percolator, French press and coffee machine all came in handy! Also the iron and ironing board was a life saver on the morning of the wedding! Overall, amazing stay - very happy and thanks to Quitterie who was really helpful and sent really easy and clear instructions for the house.

Quitterie’s home is beautiful: wood, stone and loads of charm. It’s got that country cottage feeling, with a (nicely) smoky fire, thick brick walls and tiled floors. Cool in the day (although make use of your shutters because it gets hot in Le Tourne. Outdoor there’s a huge space for barbecues and drinks, and all the kit for a good BBQ is provided. Not much open green space (that I saw) although we were out most of the day so no problem for us. Inside there are two double beds, one private and one over the mezzanine. We found the mezzanine room absolutely fine and there are curtains for privacy. As long as you don’t have noisy friends you’ll be fine! There are more modern, more equipped places nearby (with pool etc) but if you’re looking for a lovely few days stay in Le Tourne you’ll love this. Especially if you’re going to an event at Chateaux Lagorce, it’s ideal.

Quitterie's place is an amazing stay and is perfect for staying near Bordeaux without the city fuss. It was a great location for us to stay as we attended a wedding at the nearby Chateau Lagorce. The courtyard was a quiet place to relax in the sun and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. Quitterie welcomed us as we arrived and showed us around before leaving us to ourselves. We would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Esther's apartment is ideal for a family of 4, quiet companion and 30 minutes by bus from Bordeaux, surrounded by vineyards and castles. The pool is perfect, big and warm, with many sun loungers and several small outdoor dining areas. Esther lives next door, she is discreet but does not hesitate to give good advice to visit the area. You can go there with your eyes closed!

It is a very beautiful place, with a breathtaking view from the terrace and the gardens. We enjoy the calm in the heart of the vineyards and the pool. The kids loved the atmosphere of the house. Christine warmly welcomed us and was always available to give us information.

We were here for the second time and would come back anytime. The location is just fantastic. Christine is a very, very nice and at the same time restrained hostess who lets you do his thing. The pool is great. Was also necessary, up to 40 °. The apartment is definitely not a modern apartment, it is, for example, no TV in it. Who needs it is here but wrong anyway. Internet is available, always fast enough.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The environment was the definition of peaceful and idyllic. Our group of 6 enjoyed the entirety of the large and authentic traditional home. Christine was very kind to offer a delivery of a basket containing wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables as well as drinks that we could enjoy when we arrived. There is everything you need here to just get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and I strongly recommend (if you have a car).

We had a really nice stay. The flat is modern and cosy. It’s a perfect spot when you want to wander in this beautiful part of France and do some wine tastings.

Excellent, newly decorated and equipped, very spacious apartment. Location isn't special, but convenient for the Bordeaux region exploring and 30-50 min airport trip (depends on traffic). Nice boulangerie across the street. Cedric is a very responsive host. We had a smooth check-in after 21. Notice: bring your mobile data, as there's no Wi-Fi. Not sure if lack of AC is a problem in a hot season. We needed a heating, and it was great. Very good value for the traveller's money!

We had a very pleasant stay at Chateau Bessan. Very welcome and very nice room.

Very nice place. Peace in the middle of the vineyards. Exactly what I was looking for. Accommodation pleasant in one of three rooms. Room number 3 has a wonderful view of the vineyards. The price includes breakfast. Coffee or cocoa, fresh croasant, fresh baguette. We were two and we had half the baguette. Jam, butter, yogurt. Classic French breakfast. I did not notice when ordering that the kitchen was shared. Basically it's not a problem, there are plenty of plates and glasses. We tried to keep the kitchen clean, but the residents of the second room left a mess. Spilled coffee at coffee machine, crumbs and mess on trays after breakfast. In the evening we went to sit in a nearby vineyard for wine. However, it is good to book a place there with the hostess, because on Friday evening we had a little problem with the place. Sitting there, however, is romantic overlooking the river valley and the owner is a very nice young man. Accommodation recommended.

If you want to stay somewhere magical book to stay at Sylvie's stunning chateau! The views are breathtaking and it is so peaceful. The chateau is stunning and Sylvie is the most lovely host. She makes sure you feel at home and is really attentive. Breakfast was so fresh and delicious. The wine was really good too. The vineyards are beautiful and we loved the chickens roaming around. We stayed for 7 days at Chateau Bessan. It was a charming place to stay and a lovely, quiet envirnoment. Mme Verdier was a attentive host. Nice french breakfast too. I also recommend ''La Cabane dans les Vignes'' (10 min walk) from where we stayed. You can enjoy the wines of Chateau Bessan with a great view over the Garonne river. The family estate is also not far from the city of Bordeaux and other Bordeaux wine-regions (Graves, Sauternes, Medoc, Saint Emilion). Merci!

Superb terrace overlooking the vineyards where we had the chance to dine by candlelight, (a shared kitchen and available, which is very convenient!). Beautiful and spacious room with private bathroom. Quiet environment and well placed to visit Graves, Pessac-Leognan, Sauternes ... The family of Sylvie also holds "The Cabin in the Vineyards", great to enjoy a glass of the estate overlooking the Garonne. The welcome from Sylvie was warm and attentive ... The biggest advantage of this apartment is its size (very spacious) and it is very bright, with a large terrace perfect in good weather. Being a home for personal use is very well equipped and there are many roads nearby to cycle. Bordeaux is about 25 minutes away by car and there are other beautiful villages around. Hosts of excellence! We came to spend 5 days in their pleasant guest house located in a prime location to discover Bordeaux and its surroundings. Typical village, accommodation that is just as much, warm exchanges and advice from connoisseurs, make us want to go back.

We had a pleasant stay and Fabienne Thierry that we thank for this beautiful house, located in the middle of the vineyards of Bordeaux hilly. We did not miss anything during our stay and had all the information necessary to settle quickly. The covered terrace allows to enjoy every meal of the day sheltered from the sun and heat, facing the garden. It offers a pleasant garden furniture also to have a coffee, tea, or a glass. Inside, the house is cozy and nicely decorated. A respite cool in a nice setting. Side garden, spaces are furnished with chairs and tables and allow either to take a good sunbath or enjoy the garden in the shade. Thank you again for your warm welcome and our meeting. At Aline, there is everything! the welcome, the extreme kindness, the availability, his smile that is constantly present and his desire to please and serve. A large room clean nickel !!! I do not forget the beautiful bathroom, the fridge and the microwave that make tremendous service, and the little extra, the tray containing 2 large cups, sugar, coffee and tea. The environment is sublime, on a height and in the middle of the vineyards. What more can you say ..... she is adorable. we will never forget this nice couple, because her husband is as much as she is.

Aline is a very charming host, she is very kind, caring and full of good attentions. Its airbnb has a separate entrance and a bathroom, all in an exceptional setting at the foot of the vineyards. Do not hesitate to go there for a couple weekend !!

Had a fantastic four days at Laetitia’s house. What’s an amazing find! Behind a very normal front door we found the most exciting and interesting house we’ve ever seen! The bedrooms were perfect for us and our two small children. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The living room is comfy and the basement offers a toy room, laundry and music room beyond our wildest dreams! The garden is bigger than we expected with nice table and chairs to eat al fresco. The pool house was amazing, it was 43 degrees while we were in Langoiran so we spent most of our time in and around the pool which was beautiful. If anything the pictures do nothing for this house, it’s a true hidden gem. Walking distance for a nice little town with lots to offer as well. Nothing not to like really!!

We had a great family holiday, big up for the game room, the pool and the finished basement! A very welcoming and airbnb-friendly house, if you like to occupy "inhabited" places, with a soul. Special mention for the beautiful courtyard!

We had a wonderful week at Laetitia and Guillaume's place. We were welcomed by Laetitia and her children. The house of our guests is pleasant and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the garden and the pool. The playroom delighted children who immediately felt at home. We will come back with pleasure.

A beautiful house that instantly felt homely! Great location in the lovely countryside. Hosts were amazing so welcoming and accommodating.

Had a great 3 nights with Edith, Remi and Bebito. The accommodation was spotless and the welcome I received was fantastic. Edith made lovely breakfast each morning and it would have been a pleasure to spend the day around their pool had I not had so much to do whist there. It is a little bit remote and Langoiran was very quiet with little open during the day. However, if you are attending an event at Chateau Lagorce, its perfect.

Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if attending a wedding at the nearby Chateau. Great location, hosts very friendly and helpful. Lovely house. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Great location and hospitality.

Really lovely place to stay for a wedding at Chateau Lagorce. It was an easy walk through the fields to get to the wedding venue and it was invaluable for making frequent trips to and fro. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, and provided a wonderful breakfast complete with homegrown figs and homemade tarts! We would suggest you need a car to get to and from the airport and to go for any outings or meals not at Chateau Lagorce. The towns of Haux and Cadillac, along with St Emilion and Bordeaux are all worth exploring. But nothing apart from the Chateau is walkable. Worth bearing in mind that many restaurants shut on Sunday eve and Monday and there isn't really capacity to cook your own food.

Edith & Remy were lovely hosts with a very nice home We took two of the three rooms in the Airbnb, both of which were clean & really comfortable; the room upstairs was particularly well set up. The gardens were also very pretty and the whole location was peaceful. Edith & Remy speak good English which was useful to me not having any French skills - they were kind enough to help me find my bearings on the day I arrived. They also kindly provided breakfast each morning. Thank you for hosting us, and would definitely come back again

Our stay at La Clotte was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend staying there. It is perfect if you are attending a wedding at Chateau Lagorce as it is only a 5 minute walk. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Our hosts were so welcoming and very helpful, organising our airport transfers and booking us taxis during the weekend. The breakfasts each morning were great, with home grown fresh fruits and jams. We would definitely return in the future and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing break or is attending the Chateau for a wedding etc. The pool was an added bonus and the gardens were also lovely. We had an amazing stay in a XVIII century castle and received an exceptional welcome from hosts who are generous with their advice and with whom it is good to discuss. Anne and Jean-Marie really helped to embellish our trip. I would recommend a stay in their castle to anyone who wants a unique experience near Bordeaux.

Anne and Jean Marie's chateau is s most beautiful place to stay. Lovely gardens to stroll in, a nearby village to explore and Bordeaux not too far away,even by bus! It was the best accommodation we experienced on our European trip!

A home and guests who feel good France and the Bordelaise region, beautiful and hospitable region, as our guests. The pleasure of an era is found, all the reverse of standardized hotel chains. It felt almost family, I love, I love it, enchant me, Ouhibou .....

Anne’s chateau was superb. The beauty of her home and hospitality is unparalleled. We had a wonderful time. We also had a great time at the local bistro/pub, Le Passage (10 minute walk), going to a local vineyard, Chateau Turcaud (15 minute drive), and spending a day in the city of Bordeaux (20 minute drive - great lunch at Bar Cave de la Monnaie). Anne and her family could not have been nicer. A fantastic experience.

I came with Maryline's family. We were 5 adults for one night and all slept very well. The house is pretty, clean and very quiet. Maryline is friendly and accommodating. The Snow Cat is adorable. I recommend staying at Maryline.

Marilyn's house is a great place to stay near Bordeaux. It is a fully equipped house with a lovely little garden with a tree house that my daughter loved. Parking can be a little tricky but we always managed to find a spot not too far away. There are supermarkets fairly close by as the nearest shop is useful but a bit pricey. We chose this location as we had a wedding to attend a Chateau Lagorce which is about 1.5 miles away. Langoiran is a small piece full town which is nice to stroll around especially near the river.

Maryline is welcoming and her house is nice, warm and comfortable. The location is perfect to enjoy the banks of the Garonne. I recommend without hesitation.

Comfortable house, well equipped and easy going. The little garden is really cute and sunny, my daughter enjoyed the cabin and the scooter. The double bed is comfortable and this room is very bright! The cat Snow is a discreet endearing. For our excursions in Bordeaux, we went by car to a parking relay then we took the tram, fast and inexpensive and what a beautiful city! Pretty little walks to do in the vicinity of the house. The village is equipped with everything you need on foot: 1 local / organic grocery store, 1 late-opened grocery store, 1 bakery, 1 butcher, a bar / cultural venue atypical ... We loved the table "Au cauldron Anna" in the pretty medieval village of Rions which is very close to Langoirans. Marilyne has been top in communication and hospitality, thank you! A very good address, therefore!

Marie Pierre is very welcoming and accommodating, the house is well appointed, the beds very comfortable, we recommend!

We only stayed one night, Marie Pierre and her husband are very friendly. We appreciated the basic equipment. The garden and the outdoor spaces must be very pleasant during sunny days. Having forgotten a key, Marie Pierre kindly sent it to me in a secure envelope.
