This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

You will have a quite atmosphere but everything you need just around. The apartment offers you a high standard and a very unique and fancy place to stay. Munich is 30 minutes by train (+10 min to walk), lake Ammersee 15 minutes by car and the Zugspitze 1 hour by car or 1,5 hours by train.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The beautiful apartment offers about 45 m² of living space with a living room with TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom has a box spring bed (180 × 200 cm). Towels, sheets and a separate entrance are included. Parking is possible on the opposite side of the street. The Türkenfeld S-Bahn is about 5 km away, Munich can be reached by car in 25–30 minutes.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful center of Geltendorf. The nearest shopping is about 3 km away and offers, among other things, a supermarket, a bakery and a drugstore. Day trips to the Bavarian lakes Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, the Allianz Arena in Munich, or the Bavarian Alps are no problem.
