This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

You are very welcome in our old farmhouse and in a family with 2 children and 2 Siamese cats. You have the upper floor and attic for you, the drum room with double bed, the living room, the attic with 4 sleeping places, a kitchen, bathroom and a huge roof terrace. From Geltendorf you can reach Munich and almost the Oktoberfest by train in 35 minutes, Lake Ammersee by bike in 25 minutes and the Alps in 1 hour. We are here to help you with any questions.

Munich is 30 minutes by train (+10 min to walk), lake Ammersee 15 minutes by car and the Zugspitze 1 hour by car or 1,5 hours by train.
