This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a property directly on the water. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family home, there is also the vacation home located directly on the water on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Künstlerhof Perwenitz

Berlinnah, located at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms, and a cafe in this building Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m² in size.
