Her special touches were very thoughtful- multiple coffee choices, flowers, fresh baked cookies, a happy anniversary sign... we were very pleased with our visit! We loved the quiet space out in the woods and how easily accessible it was to town too. We highly recommend and would like to come back sometime!”

Cute cabin! Nice room upstairs, perfect for husband&wife one night getaway! Hot tub was great &very hot! Pool table was fun! The cabin & hot tub is right next to owners house which was awkward at first but ended up not being a problem at all! We really enjoyed our stay!

A small, quaint little two story cabin that is great for couples. A downstairs game-room for entertaining people adds a great touch. It’s quiet at night, unless you want to leave the door open for some fresh air. Then, you can hear some coyotes out in the woods.

Judys had everything we couldve wanted and more. Her husband was also great! Came down in the middle of the night to assist us with something. Super clean space with atmosohere that puts any hotel ive visted to shame

Every single detail was perfect during this stay. Ashley responded quickly to any questions I had. She went over and beyond to accommodate us, which was a life-send since we are in town for a serious medical situation. Her home was immaculately clean. It is a southern farmhouse theme which is so similar to our own decor and felt like home to us! It has been the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. I am 100% sure that from now on when we travel to Fayetteville, this will be the first home we book for our stay.

The house was perfect for our Mom’s weekend. Close enough to campus...but far enough away for it to be peaceful. The house is so cute’. The beds are comfortable and the couch is great for lots of people to sit (and recline) and watch movies. Ashley was quick to respond to my questions. This place is definitely her home—so there will be stuff in the fridge, etc. That wasn’t a problem for us....but thought it might be helpful information. Would definitely stay here again! Checkin/Checkout were easy.

Just perfect for us. My friend and I drove to Fayetteville for an Arkansas Razorback basketball game and chose Ashley's place to stay for a couple of nights. Honestly, I could not have asked for more. Easy check-in, pleasant and quiet neighborhood, extremely comfortable beds, full kitchen, and our favorite was the awesome living room sectional with the big screen TV to watch our sports when we had time. Oh and one more thing; the house was in the perfect location; minutes away from the U of A, multiple restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores or whatever you might need. Was blown away by the value of this place. Will definitely be staying again for my next game.

Cheryl’s place is a bit out of Fayetteville but worth the drive for the serenity. Great touches like bananas and granola bars are much appreciated. Gabriela’s Mexican Restaurant in Farmington is a must-do if you stay here! Will definitely stay again!

Karen has a warm heart and gentle spirit. The room is comfy and has a private bath. It’s a super close drive to all the nearby restaurants and campus activities. Wonderful place!

Karen’s space is amazing! The little touches really go a long way. She has snacks, and drinks available. If you forgot a toiletry item, she has extra in her bathroom. The Mattress is also extremely comfortable. I’d stay here again!

Such a lovely apartment. We only had three days here and were sad to leave. It was warm and comfortable, with an incredible shower. We had everything we needed, and some cute touches like little snacks in the kitchen. We were in Fayetteville for a convention at the Town Centre, so it was a perfect location for us to get away from the crowds, but close enough to just pop back in the day if we needed to. The location is lovely and peaceful. The hosts gave us our space, but were very friendly when we encountered them. Despite being beneath a family home, there was no noise at all. I would 100% recommend and would stay again.

A great little spot. Immaculately clean with modern facilities and a really comfortable bed. A big hill between it and Dickson st attractions so not easily walkable, but that comes with a nice view.

The home was clean and cozy. There was a nice fenced in yard. It was a nice quiet subdivision that is about 15 mins to the promenade area. In between Fayettville and Rogers so it was convenient.

This little house is so stylish and a perfect, relaxing place to stay. Off the beaten path, but just enough to feel like we were on a mini-vacation. It is dog friendly and has a wonderful big yard area to walk the dogs around. We stopped at US Pizza on our way in and enjoyed dinner in the cozy house with a comfy couch and nice TV. Very nice and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

This little cottage was perfect for my little family including my fur child. Amy and Rich have an outstanding location even though it may seem like a lot of twists and turns to reach it. It’s still close to all chain fast food and some locals. The grocery store wasn’t far either. The house carries all updated appliances and comfortable beds. Devil’s Den was about 30 minutes and Fayetteville is about 10-15 maybe. Would completely consider staying here again if we plan on doing some more hiking in Arkansas.

Amy and Rich’s place provided a comfortable getaway for my wife and I for an extended weekend. The house is thoughtfully decorated and has all of the amenities needed, including all cookware, stovetop, etc. We opted to shop at a nearby Whole Foods to grab all of the groceries we would need to completely hole ourselves in for the entirety of our stay, cooking our meals and enjoying the quiet country setting. Note, a highway sits just by the house though the noise of traffic never came to our attention. We enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again if we have another Fayetteville area trip in mind. If you’re going to Fayetteville any time soon, and you’re looking for a unique, cozy lodging experience, The Happy Camper is the airbnb to choose for your stay. I will admit, upon entering the neighborhood in which the camper sits, I was worried that our stay wouldn’t be as private as I was hoping it would be. After pulling into the reserved (mulched) guest parking spot and entering the gated backyard, however, I felt like I had entered an entirely different place. The owners have created a campsite in a Fayetteville suburb that convinces you that you’re in the woods enjoying a weekend getaway camping trip. Complete with all the amenities you’d need for camping (fire pit, marshmallow roasting tools, etc.) as well as running water, WiFi, a tv, and a comfortable queen sized mattress. I have only two regrets after leaving, 1. We forgot to sign the visitor log that sits on the table (it’s okay though, we’ll be back and make sure to make an entry) and 2. That we couldn’t stay for longer.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The camper is really stylish and equally cozy. The owners left the camper stocked with some thoughtful touches; breakfast, coffee, pancake mix, pots, spatulas, body wash, etc. A mistake I made was not noticing that the restroom did not have a sink. The only sink available was the kitchen sink, which was a little uncomfortable to use due to the kitchen cabinets being right above them and there not being enough headspace. Also, though there are sleeping accommodations for 4, if more than 2 are trying to function within the camper I could see it getting very crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend for a couples getaway!

What a gem! I absolutely loved staying here and will choose this spot every time we visit our daughter. While it is near the hustle and bustle of Dickson street, the location is premier. The sound machine was a great touch. Clean, stylish and a perfect location!

This was a super clean and comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. The location is what makes this a gem as it’s so close to all the great things about Fayetteville. We were able to walk two blocks to the fun bar and restaurant area of the town and the square is right down the street. I really loved the communication and directions on how to find the apartment. Really convenient and overall great stay.

What a Hidden Gem! Located in the Heart of downtown Fayetteville you are in the middle of everything amazing! The square, Dickson street, restaurants, bars & coffee houses. I recommend little bread company for breakfast, Hugo’s for a great burger & Puritan coffee for coffee or great beer. The host are great & respond back promptly! I can’t wait to get back

Perfect summer getaway! We love to be outdoors and this is exactly what we wanted. Mirna and Seth were great hosts and stayed in communication at all times. It is so nice to be able to stay at a pet friendly city and home. We enjoyed Fayetteville so much more than we expected because we were able to take our dog Otie with us. The farmers market on Saturday morning was a favorite! The house was super comfortable, clean and a great place to stay for 5 days. Thanks to the hosts for letting us stay!

Wow! What can I say about this home?! First off, let me say that the hosts are so hospitable! Mike even helped me unload my car to bring stuff inside. What a gentleman! Jennifer even let me know how the roads were the day of check in bc it was supposed to snow that day and I was worried about traveling. Second, the house has the cutest decorations and the most comfy beds. I cannot say enough great things about this place. And lastly, I appreciated the thoughtful note and snacks. We had a great stay at this cozy little oasis right next to downtown Fayetteville! Andrew and Doris are lovely hosts and make your stay very comfortable and welcoming. The space is cozy with lots of character. There's a deep tub for a nice soak and an adorable outdoor area with a fire pit and porch (they even provided us with some wood). The interactions we had made us feel like old friends and the house makes you feel right at home *major bonus: YOU CAN WALK TO DOWNTOWN! Had a very nice walk home after seeing music at George's Majestic. We will definitely stay here next time in the area,

Secluded little Nature Haven in the Heart of Fayettechill! Miss Doris was truly a joy to interact with. What a lovely host! She knows & loves her city! Very accomadating... they let us drag our feet a while on checkout since no one was coming in that day. Cozy home with beautiful old wood floors, live plants, clean, bright & fun decor, lots of games & reading material all at a real bargain of a price. A gloriously deep antique soaking tub (with candles) for relaxing. Lots of thoughtful touches in amenities. Walk to everything in minutes (we chose it for close proximity to George's Majestic Lounge.) Awakened to the cooing of doves! Wonderful little green space of a back yard with high fence for privacy. We really enjoyed watching the squirrels & birds that she keeps food out for. The bonfire pit was also one of our favorite things. My husband & I are excited to stay again the next time we come back to watch our Groovement friends at George's. Book this place....& tell your friends! 🤙🏽

This is a great space for the price. It’s super close to Dickson, was within walking distance to plenty of great food places and entertainment, not to mention the college with sports events are right down the way.

We had the absolute perfect stay here! I wish we had more than two days!! We took advantage of the paved trail just down the street and took our dogs walking each morning. The location is just unbelievable.. we walked to each of the restaurants we ate at.. HammonTrees is just so delicious, must go to restaurant!! The host was very quick to respond and very hospitable. The space was very well cleaned and maintained. Would definitely hope this place is available next time I'm in Fayetteville!!

Great neighborhood. Close and convenient to everything you need. Comfortable house with a nice sitting porch. I appreciated having a kitchen to make breakfast. Shower has good pressure.

Kurt was very thoughtful and kind throughout the week that my Mom stayed in his bungalow. He checked in on us and called to make sure we had everything we needed, and his place was very comfortable and tidy. Kurt was out of town on business the week that we stayed, so it was a little slow sometimes to get a response, but he made sure to answer our questions before leaving, and always called back or responded whenever he had a free moment. The area was quiet, and there is a nice, clean pool right outside the bungalow that he'll let you use if you wanted. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and my Mom and little brother slept well each night.

You will not find a better AirBNB out there! Southern Charm is more than charming, the owner, Toni, has a knack for welcoming touches and keeps the place pristinely clean! Highly recommended on those crowded weekends when you want to pull right up to your own place and not have think about parking or schlepping bags. Will stay there every time we're in Fayetteville!

Very cute getaway right outside fayetville. Feels like the country being only minutes away. Loved the guitar and the whole space! The driveway was rather difficult to maneuver without bottoming out in a small sedan.

Location was great, located just at the edge of town but still in a private wooded area. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice and modern. Great value! Very responsive to messages.

It is just as pictured. Feels like you're tucked away in the woods but is actually in the city and close to anything you could need. 5 min to planet fitness, 10 min to the mall. Our pups loved exploring and playing on the wooded property. Just about everything you need is provided. Coffee and coffeemaker (thanks Preston!), full size oven and dishwasher, mini-fridge, nice shower. It was very comfortable and you can't beat the value at all (especially if you're traveling with pets). 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing neat and wholesome cottage at a great location. The host was on top of communication with us the whole time starting few days before our arrival. The check in was super easy and the room and bathroom were super neat and comfy. The dogs were a definite plus for dog lovers like us. Can't beat the price either!

As always, Glenna was accommodating to my work schedule. She has a very clean and cozy home. I would recommend her home to anyone!

Glenna has a beautiful well appointed home. Her lawn is manicured and easy to navigate after dark. Glenna made sure the front lights were on making the path to the front door easy to follow. She Is an experienced host who makes certain her guest feel welcome and relaxed. The room and bath she offers are spacious and the king size bed is beyond comfortable. Glenna’s home is at the top of my list for future stays.

Great stay. Very close to restaurants, WalMart, Walgreens and the Interstate. The house was very clean with plenty of parking.

Simple and clean. Good value. We loved the location with friendly neighbors, short walk to the park with fabulous playground and hiking trail, and walkable to Walmart. Near interstate exits and short drive from downtown square.

This cozy cottage is better than expected. Location is fantastic and easy to get to and from. So much nicer than in a motel. Room to spread out. Huge television and Alexia was a hit with my grandchildren. Coat rack by the door for jackets in the cold. Washer and dryer was a plus. The dogie corner with raised bowls and a water dispenser and a basket of toys. There is even a large dogie door so your dog can go in and out to a fenced yard, no getting up and taking the dog out. I felt right at home. It is nicely decorated. My new place to stay when visiting my grand kids. You will not be disappointed to stay here.

Priscilla & Hannah's cottage is WONDERFUL! First of all, it is not just clean, it is truly SPARKLING clean!! (It's hard to believe it's pet friendly it's so clean. No tail-tail pet hair, dander dust bunnies, or animal smells.) The decor is welcoming and homey but not fussy. They provided some nice extras like a USB charging station!!, books, magazines and fun games, almond and cow's milk for morning coffee! along with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows! To say they are pet friendly is a bit of an understatement. They don't just allow dogs, they WELCOMED our pets with the same hospitality they showed us human guests. There were sparkling clean dog bowls, a big water dispensing bowl, toys, a large (locking) doggie door to the fenced-in, grassy, backyard, and a basket of toys. The location is easy access to the freeway, a shopping center with grocery and liquor stores, and nearby restaurants. We were meeting up with our daughter who lives in Springdale and visiting Crystal Bridges in Bentonville, and of course, enjoying the scene in Fayetteville. Great location for the whole of NW Arkansas! This was a great place for 2 adult couples and 2 dogs.

The house was great! Very clean, they were super responsive to messages, full kitchen if you need to cook. It is very close to a dog park so if you bring a pup then you must check it out!

We had such a great time in the Bird House! For such an intimate space it has all the amenities you need. Very chic, very cozy. We hope to return in the summer and take advantage of the beautiful balcony. 5/5.

This place met all of my expectations and more! It was a sleek and modern place that had so much character and was very close to many of the attractions Fayetteville has to offer! The hosts provided any possible necessity that may be needed during your stay! The only tv is outside on the patio, however I saw that as a plus! Me and my fiancé stayed more connected during our stay due to this and made our experience that much better! I would highly recommend giving this place a try, you won’t regret it!

Great place with a great view. Clean, centrally located and bed was comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Wish it wasn’t pouring rain and ice so we could’ve enjoyed the balcony but that’s what we get for visiting in January!

This is a very nice space. It is beautifully decorated. I would love to go back in late spring because the deck looks so inviting and I would love to enjoy an evening on that deck, listening to the birds.
