The “Cardiff Parkhouse” (BOTTOM UNIT) is a newly remodeled 3 story duplex by the amazing Kitchy Crouse of KC Interior Design. She has left no stone unturned. As you walk up to the 2nd story you will enter the property to a fully furnished deck with the best views in all of Cardiff. The enormous deck measures 900 square feet. You can sunbathe, have bbq’s in the outdoor dining area or sit by the firepit and watch the amazing Cardiff sunsets. When you enter this clean contemporary fresh Oasis you will be pleasantly surprised with the quartzite stone island and countertops which has seating for 6. Enjoying your Sauvignon with raw Oysters and views straight to the Pacific will be a lasting memory for this vacation. This open concept beauty is inviting and with its warm wood pieces, it completes the casual chic décor. The newly remodeled bathrooms add a luxury to your spa like experience and the beautiful bedrooms will offer the best night sleep. Golden Sunrise is a vintage inspired suite with modern amenities. Recently remodeled with new rainfall shower and skylight, it offers king bed (low height 15”) with luxe linens. It has a small couch and vintage furniture . You will have your own AC /heater split system w/remote control . Close to the Moonlight beach ( 3 miles), excellent restaurants. Great spots for picnic with eucalyptus trees close by . Hiking trails are just around the corner. Close to everything San Diego can offer.

West of the 5 Freeway! Close to beach! Very clean and modern studio apartment located in Cardiff by the Sea. Across the street from the lagoon and central to everything! Spacious for a couple. Close to Cardiff State Beach and the campgrounds. Very private and very CLEAN. Private entrance. Kitchenette and full bathroom. Two fridges, extra large TV, coffee maker, microwave, and more. Bed is SUPER comfortable. We take extra precautions with cleaning. Wonderful reviews. Discounts for longer stays.

The Lounge is a quaint, cozy 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom detached guesthouse with lots of character in the "funky" community of Leucadia. Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. We really love it here and think you will too.
