Very nicely renovated shed. Kimberly and Duke did a great job of turning this into a cute and cozy tiny house. It had everything you need for a few night's stay. I especially liked the unique bathroom nightlight. We would definitely like to stay again when we next visit the Marianna area.

I booked my trip to Dothan AL in December of 2019. From the time of booking the communication was excellent and timely. Lydia even went to far as to leave the front porch light on for me as I arrived in Dothan after dark. The place smelled nice upon entering and was absolutely spotless in every way. I enjoyed the coffee that was provided each morning. The porch is located nicely off the front of the place with a very comfortable rocking chair which allowed me to enjoy the morning sunlight each morning the sun was out. I would highly recommend staying at this place. Everyone in the family I met was friendly, polite and respectful. I can't say enough good things!! If the opportunity presents itself I will definitely be staying at this place again in the future!!

Wonderful stay, certainly would stay here again ... very clean, well supplied and comfortably equipped, and hosts are quickly available and very helpful. Finally, it's very quiet country location yet only 5 minutes from town.

This is the perfect group spot in Dothan! Very clean. LOTS of room. Natural light makes it feel airy! 2 bathrooms! 8 girls went for a wedding weekend and we had plenty of room to live, sleep, and get ready! Hannah was super fast to respond. And she was also very accommodating!! Safe area. Close to lots of things! Would stay again!

Hannah was an outstanding host !!! The was our best Airbnb stay-by far!! The house was extremely clean, and well stocked for our needs. Hannah adds little touches that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I travel for work a lot, and the hotels just don’t work for me anymore. Having a clean place to stay, and having the ability to make my own healthy meals, does works. This is why I choose Airbnb stays now when I travel. if you stay at this house, you will not be disappointed, it’s a great value for what you get in return. My wife and I will be back to stay here on my return trips to Dothan. The outside of the house is well maintained, with a nice big yard. My wife and I would walk in the evenings. It is such a nice house, in a really nice golf community, safe a clean. It is close to anything that you will need, we stayed six nights, and enjoyed each of them. The beds are super comfortable, and you have plenty of soft towels as well. We were actually sad to leave, we just loved the house , and our experience. This is coming from a couple, who has traveled 36 out of the last 73 days. I had one personal item that I brought to Hannah’s attention. I wasn’t expecting anything to be done, as it was just a personal preference. Within a day, Hannah had here husband come by and change the item to my recommendation. This meant so much to me, as Hannah didn’t need to do this, as it was just something that was personal to me, but she did change it, quickly and showed compassion towards her guest. I typically get hotels but this was the perfect place for a weekend vacation. Clean and has literally everything you need to have a weekend with your significant other. Close by to the springs. Easy access with plenty of amenities. Objectively 5/5 need to come back again. If you’re looking for a place to take your girlfriend she will love this place as it’s not crowded and the perfect atmosphere

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Artist Cottage. Spacious and everything exactly where you’d expect. It worked out well for us!

We stayed here while scuba diving at Vortex Springs. It's only about five minutes away and it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of diving. Very clean, very quiet, and very peaceful.

Suzanne’s cottage is a perfect place to stay. The art is lovely and the space is welcoming. Communication was quick and friendly. I also love that this is a space that they use and not just rented. The cleaning fee is not ridiculous too.

As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by the cutest dog! It was late, but she left the door unlocked and the light was left on for us. It was a beautiful space incredibly quiet, and clean!! Great cottage! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Jane's cottage is splendid. We really wish we could of spent more than one night there. It is a perfect place to spend some time in, it so spacious and comfortable. They have everything you need for a nice stay. Their land is so pretty, and they have a very friendly dog who is very well behaved too! Only complaint would be, trying to get our baby to nap in the bedroom in the morning was hard because the curtains did not block any of the light ha ha. We just made a bed in the room next to the bedroom and that worked perfect. No real complaints, this place was wonderful and we would absolutely stay again in a heart beat :)

Clean, quiet, convenient. Met my needs perfectly.

The Airbnb was just as pictured. The room was spacious, clean, and the decor and style of the room was beautiful. The bathroom has adorable antique yellow and white tile and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was only a 5 minute drive to Florida Caverns state park and about 45 minutes from the Seacrest Wolf preserve. Jaime responded quickly and made herself available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay. I'm very grateful. As a travel dietitian it was a long stay, and it was nice to come home each night to a comfy place that required little maintenance on my part.

The room is exactly as advertised. Nice large room. Something I noticed is I never got to hot or too cold. The climate control within the room was great (I usually run hot). The ceiling fan above the bed helps a ton. The fridge had water in it when I arrived which was nice.

Jonathan’s place is just as described. Very clean all that one will need. Very affordable no issues what so ever. 5 🌟

Jonathan and Megan are very friendly hosts. Jonathan’s prompt attention to fixing a problem in the trailer showed that he cared about his guest’s comfort. In addition he purchased a fire pit so we could enjoy evening bonfires with our grandsons. Although the space was smaller than we expected, the trailer was well-equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable camping experience.

Great overnight stay for visiting the Florida Caverns! The bed was comfortable. Host was nice and accommodating. It's a pretty area!

Such a beautiful place Ashton place gets 10 stars from me! My husband works at Fort Rucker so we all know Army life is crazy and ever changing :) . Lorri was there to help every time! Guys Lorri went above and beyond she helped us change our dates around when my husbands class changed. It was amazing so thankful for their kindness and support to our military. So thankful for the cleanliness at Ashton place. The appliances were amazing in the kitchen and the washer and dryer was a nice touch as we had to stay a month there. We had two dogs who had a great time they loved the yard in front. We would stay there again anytime. It was a cute town and everyone was so friendly. The apartment was much bigger then expected the tall ceilings were really nice.

This is a great cabin to relax in- super cute and has everything that you need. We came for a short vacation but it would also be good for a longer stay. It is about 40 minutes drive from panama city beach and an hour and a half from Fort Walton Beach making those accessible for day trips. Sabra was great to work with and we would stay here again if coming back to the panhandle!

The space was perfect!

Tia’s lake house was such a beautiful place to stay. We went to surprise and celebrate my sisters 40th birthday and my nieces 16th birthday. The lake house was so relaxing. We had so much fun hanging out at the lake, kayaking, swimming, floating, fishing, and paddle boating. We roasted marshmallows by the fire pit in the evening and grilled out during the day. We will definitely be returning because the lake house is a great place to throw parties or just have a fun little getaway.

This Chipley lake house provides a comfortable, clean home away from home for a group of family or friends. The check in process was very quick and easy, and we appreciated the location being so close to our favorite springs. Like other reviewers said, this relaxing lake property made it hard to want to leave, as the lake water was clear, clean, and so inviting for a day or nighttime kayak or swim. We found the house to be just what a group of 7 friends would want for a weekend getaway. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms downstairs for couples, with a bathroom to share. The common area was spacious albeit I agree that the furniture (comfortable leather sectional and dining table and chairs) seem a little too big for the space. We weren’t bothered that the dining chairs weren’t immaculately spotless, I don’t expect my air bnb furniture to be absolutely perfect. Upstairs was the 3rd bedroom with two queen sized beds (one is an air mattress) — with the washer and dryer being in the same room. We appreciated the fact that there was a laundry facility to use as we didn’t want to drive home with wet clothes/ towels, but we did make a point to do the laundry right before heading out for the evening so the dryer wouldn’t be blowing hot air into the room while our friends were in there. There is another air mattress in the upstairs closet, but we didn’t need to use it for this trip. The second bathroom is upstairs (this one with a standing shower and downstairs has the tub). The last (twin size) bed is at the top of the stairs in a loft, overlooking the living room and large windows facing the lake. Our few “first world problems” quibbles would only be that the foosball table is a bit of wasted space as it seemed too broken to use, the paddle boat was full of water when we arrived, and there was a mystery “motion light” on the front side of the house that would go on and off for no apparent reason. We couldn’t get the Keurig to work, but that definitely isn’t a deal breaker. Next time we would just bring our own French press. There is a Roku capable tv in one of the downstairs bedrooms which was nice to have on a rainy day, but it would be nice to have one in the living room so if you wanted to watch a netflix (etc) movie or show, you could do so easily as a group. The kitchen was decently well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans, but we did get a few stemless wine glasses because we didn’t find many glasses in the cupboards. They had plentiful plates and bowls and silverware, and also had plastic cutlery in boxes on top of the fridge. We cooked the first night and all days for breakfast, so it was nice that we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything to cook with. All in all this was a GREAT value for the price, and it worked out to be about 30$ a night per person for a beautiful on the water property. If we come back to Chipley, we will definitely be looking to rent this house again.

This place is great! Exactly as pictured and the lake behind the house is perfect. Plenty of room, friendly neighbors, quiet and peaceful.

Everything you need is provided at Tia’s home. Just bring your own floats, jet skis, and boats. Also a paddle if you want to use the kayak on property it does have a small leak but it works fine. The paddle boat doesn’t work so don’t try to use it. Other than that the property is gorgeous!!

Tía is a great host - she responds to your messages promptly. This lake house is definitely a place to go relax and have fun.

Alan's cabin was super atmospheric! It was cold in January but the gas heater warmed it up pretty fast. The loft got hotter than the downstairs. Very comfy!

We enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. Great if you’re wanting to get away from all of the hustle of a city. It was much roomier than we were expecting too. Loved the loft, the bathroom with the old tub, and the back porch that you could sit out on and enjoy the countryside!

We loved our stay at the cabin! The location was quiet and private. The on-site dog was a sweetheart. It was perfect for us and the one couple we traveled with. There are essentially two bedrooms but, as a head’s-up, neither is completely private. There’s no door to the main bedroom and the second is on an open loft. It was still a wonderful place to stay! The bathroom is huge. It’s definitely a little chilly in the cold weather but the hosts provide extra heaters to help out with that.

This cabin is adorable! Decorated so cute for Christmas! Everything was organized and clean. The host is amazing and the sweet puppy on the property was a lot of company! I can’t wait to come back soon!!

We loved staying at the cabin. I have 2 elementary aged boys who loved the foosball table and playing outside with the friendly house dog. Lots of touches of home to make your stay enjoyable. We also loved that there was a Keurig, not just a coffee maker.

The pictures do not do it justice. This is a real wood cabin with top of the line appliances. Deep soaker tub, walk in shower. Very gracious hosts that responded almost immediately, yet gave us the space we desired without being asked too. There are two full bed rooms, a foosball table, two sprawling covered porches. This place is picturesque to put it mildly. The beds were super comfy! The furniture was a tad uncomfortable (dining chairs and living room) but an amazing value for the money! Would stay again in an instant!

We had some complicated plans due to car trouble and our hosts were super understanding about it. The view of the river on their comfortable porch was so nice. Our kids loved the bins of toys and puzzles that they have stored in one of the bedrooms. They also had a couple kid sized camp chairs! They included cooking utensils and dinnerware. Everything was clean and comfortable! It's right down the road from the caverns, so we checked that out, and it was fun, too!

We had a great time in Florida. Love the little house on the river. We will be back!

Sarah and Tommy were awesome! They exceeded our expectation for our stay in the carriage house. We had our little boy with us and when we showed up they had put a few baby toys and some books that he loved playing with. They also allowed us to use the baby swing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We reserved the cabin because of the location but it will now be on my list of destinations. The cabin is an amazing bargain for the offerings. It is private. It has great views of sunrise and sunset. It is quiet but close enough to Dothan to shop or find entertainment. There are walking trails. The cabin has everything you could possibly need. The tiny cabin is as advertised. It is small but very comfortable. Very clean. On a pastoral, quiet country road. The location was perfect for us, equidistant between three cities where we were visiting. We hope to stay there again.

Mark and Susan’s place couldn’t have been a more perfect airbnb for this trip! The hosts answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. It’s a very clean, cozy place centrally located near all the good local restaurants. The tasteful decor & homemade cinnamon rolls were a nice touch!

While going to Marianna fl for work we decided on a home close to jobsite. Pictures are accurate kitchen is well stocked with pots pans plates silverware ect. 2 charcoal grills and nice outdoor sitting area. If you have a nice sports car this is definitely not the place for you as there is long dirt rodes to arrive at home.. I have to say coming from city life this is SO peaceful and inviting. Would definitely come stay again if ever in this neck of the woods. Thanks for being a great host 👋

If you check out this place, a must place to visit the olive Grove close by. It's a great time for all ages and the food is amazing.

If you need a break from the City, this is the place for you! The setting was peaceful, the beds very comfortable and the fireplace was a treat:)

So quiet

Ashley's home is beautiful and chic! She and her husband were wonderful hosts. Our room was spotless and the bed was amazing, so comfortable! It was very quiet and relaxing. She offered her kitchen if we needed it. The coffee bar was a special touch, especially since they do not drink coffee. She also left snacks and bottled water in our room with information on the area! We would definitely stay again.

Great space. Comfortable bed and great hot water. Ashley was able to accommodate a last minute reservation. That was so helpful.

Friendly Ashley and Ronnie welcomed us with gratitude. We came for the 50th annual Wausau possum festival and funday. Explored Panama City pier for an ocean day, eating, and shopping. Natural resources like kayaking and canoeing are nearby too.

We had so much fun on Freddy’s property. We loved the camper- clean and cozy! We loved playing pool, kayaking, swimming, music, fishing and our daily walks. Freddy is such a great person and his family was helpful. We will definitely be back if given opportunity- everything about this trip is who we are and what we love to do!! Very Blessed

Look no further. Honestly. Freddy’s place is a redneck goldmine. One of the kindest men you’ll ever meet. You stay in a Camper that is very clean, sheets and bedding are freshly washed, towels are brand new and smell great. You drive down a dusty dirt road to arrive to this magical place. You then put your things away in the camper, light a fire in front of your own personal pond and relax. Freddy took us a 4x4 ride around the property, told amazing story’s and was so friendly. I will return and cannot wait to chat it up with Freddy in the future. What an experience. Side note, this is not a 5 star hotel. This is the total opposite, but if you are too fancy and want to have a good ol’e time in the Bama woods, this is your spot. My gf and I absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

Rustic charm :) This isn’t the Ritz, but it’s clean and comfortable, and a fun experience. And Freddy is great. Comfortable bed, clean linens, lots of pillows. A keurig and k-cups! Small kitchen, snacks, everything I needed for a brief stay. And if you like to karaoke...Freddy’s got your hookup! Totally worth the price, and makes for some good stories :)

If you are in the area and are looking for a great experience, come stay with Freddy! We've never met a nicer guy and he will go out of his way to provide anything you need. You get exactly what you expect from the pictures but the experience is much more. The arrangements were comfortable and quiet, though we stayed up for a long time with Freddy who entertained us, told lots of interesting stories, and even offered us food. We will be back, hopefully many times!

A fun redneck paradise run by one of the most hospitable and friendliest men you'll meet. If you want a dirt free, insect free environment The Pond isn't for you. If you like late night karaoke around a fire pit and living a bit campy this will be right up your alley.

If you're looking for 5-star luxury accommodations with fancy waiters brining you mimosas, check out Club Med; but if you want some good, down-home Alabama flavor in Redneck Paradise, may I suggest Club Fred. I was in the area providing assistance for Hurricane Michael and all hotels were sold out in the region. I booked Freddy's place out of necessity; next time it will be by choice. I had a great time with good people and can't wait to come back.

Freddy doesn’t do himself justice and could describe this as an experience and not just a place to sleep. We had a great experience with Freddie! He introduced us to many firsts including blowing the air horn on an 18 wheeler, riding in a limo and singing karaoke. He gave us a tour of his property and we even saw a gator! His dog Hummer is very friendly and the crazy donkey made us laugh. He has great plans for his area and we would love to visit again and see the progress.

Thank you for accepting our reservation on such short notice! We really enjoyed your lovely cottage, beautiful yard & wildlife which included seeing deer & lots of cardinals! Spot the dog was super sweet, and we also enjoyed chatting with Dan before we left. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot & you weren’t kidding about the outstanding water pressure!!! The hot coffee & cozy space was just what we needed after a long day of driving from southwest Florida to Alabama. We will be back when we can stay a bit longer to visit the Florida Caverns State Park and Citizens Lodge Park that are just a hop skip & a jump from your place! Also, If you ever get down our way, we would love to host your stay at our Airbnb in Punta Gorda. Thank you again!

Very nice cottage!

Melody and Dan's "Overlook Cottage" was a really nice break for me and my fiancee on our road trip. It had everything we could want--a quiet room with a comfortable bed, Keurig coffee-maker, TV--and surprisingly beautiful views from the hilltop. Highly recommended!

Very large house with lots of space. The couch in the living room was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the time we spent at Jackie’s place...and she was very quick to respond. (Bent over backwards to help accommodate us and make our stay perfect) Will definitely stay again.

Great local spot in Dothan lots of room very comfortable

My family (7 adults, one infant) stayed here for three nights. The main rooms are larger than they appear in the photos, and while we did not use the back yard much, it is also large and there is a very large covered porch. This would be an excellent place for a family like ours or 3-4 couples. It's in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, but only five minutes from groceries and other stores. Jackie was very responsive to several inquiries during our stay and went above and beyond to help us with the infant. I heartily recommend staying with her to anyone considering a trip to Dothan.

This home had all the right touches to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. It is located very close to all the major stores and eating places but nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. We had the best time there because we felt as though it was a home away from home. We would definitely go back. Thank you Jackie for being a great host.

Harvest and Maria’s place is absolutely best than I ever could imagined. I was really exhausted and starving after traveling the whole day. While I was looking to find a local restaurant for food delivery, they told me they’ve got me homemade dinner. Wow! And the rest of the days are even better. I love this place so much!! Definitely recommend to everyone!

The room was fantastic with a fun tropical island beach theme. Harvest and Maria are fantastic hosts that take very good care of their guests. There is even a saying on the wall “come as guests, leave as friends” and it was very true in my experience.

Mr. Harvest and his wife were very kind and thoughtful. They made sure that we had everything we needed and more. They really made us feel at home.This was our first airbnb and it was better than we could've ever expected. We had homemade banana waffles, a Caramel Machiato as well as a Creole egg dish ALL which were AMAZING. We've already made plans to visit again.
