The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

This is a Private Guest Suite for SOLO TRAVELERS ONLY with a refreshingly modern decoration inside of my house located upstairs. It features a Private Entrance accessed through my Backyard and an En-Suite Bathroom designed with a relaxing touch of rustic river rock. Enjoy its adorable and highly multifunctional nook with a coffee bar. It was formerly the fourth room of my home that has been carefully renovated as a Private Studio overlooking a natural woodland spot (one and half acre).

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Leave your worries behind as you step onto the deck overlooking the rushing creek. This peaceful retreat has it all! Spend your nights by the campfire roasting s'mores or relax in the hot tub and watch your favorite movie on the outdoor tv. Serene view from queen bed looks out onto screened back porch and horse pasture beyond. A very special, quiet, and convenient location to explore from, stay for business, or enjoy as a private getaway. Convenient to all of Atlanta and the North Georgia mountains as well as many restaurants and wonderful places nearby.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

3 goat kids born Jan 22nd! Come see them, as they grow up fast! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 3 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and 3 baby goats born Jan 22nd!

The Sweet Tiny House on Milton Mountain

In Milton, close to upscale dining and shopping. Relax in a peaceful, quiet setting. Completely remodeled with a beautiful view of a forest in a suburban setting. This sweet tiny house has a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, work station shared with a dining space, dishes, silverware and coffee maker. On evenings and early mornings deer can be seen.
