Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). 2 1/2 room apartment in a beautiful location on the outskirts

Wir vermieten unsere 2 1/2 Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand in Schopflenberg mit unverbauter Aussicht auf den Hohenstaufen. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.

Modern, relaxed living at the foot of the Alb

Welcome to the foot of the Swabian Alb. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished in a bright modern style. It is a large room with a new kitchen, a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a modern bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine in a small intermediate space. A dryer can be used if needed. In the kitchen, there is a coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave.

In the middle of the quiet musicians' district of Plochingen is our small and fine apartment. We have lovingly furnished it to make you feel comfortable in it. In addition, we have also thought of most of what you need for everyday life. The warm summer evenings are approaching and on the associated terrace (about 20 m²) you can end the evening comfortably.

Idyllic living

Relax in this special and quiet place, go for a swim in the outdoor pool in your bathrobe in the morning or enjoy the fresh air in the forest. You can drink an espresso on the garden swing. The small garden area is right in front of the apartment.
