In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in Auendorf, a small village of 500 inhabitants with a lot of nature. Less than 100 m from the edge of the forest, we have plenty of opportunities for hiking. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into single beds (please contact us) and the living room with a large sofa bed for two people. The kitchen includes everything necessary for a successful vacation (including a filter coffee machine).

We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes.
