The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. In the apartment there is a small bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet and a toilet. In the living area is the sofa bed, a cozy dining area and a TV. A small kitchenette with sink, storage, fridge and two ceramic hobs. A separate bedroom is adjacent to the living area. Here is the bed (140 x 200 cm) and a dresser as additional storage space.

In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot.
