Federico and his girlfriend are very nice and attentive. The room is not very large and overlooks a narrow patio of lights but has everything that is needed (comfortable bed, desk, bedside table with light, heater, closet, wifi) and is very clean. The common areas, although a bit old, are well equipped and comfortable. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the beach and the Oceanografic. In short, good value for money.

Patricia's apartment is located just outside Valencia. It's an easy bus ride. The apartment is nicely renovated, everything is new. The bedroom is a good size, the bed was really comfortable. Patricia is an amazing host, very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely host, the centre is more like a 30 minutes walk rather than a 15 minute walk... lovely stay though, the extra 15 minute walking wasn’t too bad and you can easily get a bus/ metro from ear by. House was clean and tidy, generally a nice host. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Nicole behaved very well with us. He let us into the floor a little earlier. The bed is very comfortable and everything was very clean. Quality price very well.

Everything was super, with the exception of the quarter in which this apart-hotel is located, in the dark it was scary to go out ... and in the light too. )

Very nice apartment, no noise at night. It is well located but it is in an area, not at all dangerous, but a bit dodgy because there were down junkies and homeless people. This last point is the only one but of my stay. The rest is perfect.

Alex’s place is really stylish and has a nice vintage vibe to it. It’s 15 mins away from the City of Arts and Science and 20 mins away from the old city - all walkable distances. All amenities are in good condition. The room that I stayed was light, bright and with high ceilings, which definitely adds air to the overall space. However, consider that there’s no elevator in the building, so you’ll have to climb up with all of your luggage. And if you come in winter, do take sleepers and pjs with long sleeves, so you don’t get cold (the floors are all tiles which is common for Spain and there’s basically no heating in the building). To help with that Alex was super kind to provide me with electric bedsheets, so that I feel warm and comfortable during the night.

Alex's place is ultra retro with some gorgeous touches. I'm a huuuuge plant lover and the living room was my idea of heaven! The place is very clean,including the bathroom, extremely secure too and within walking distance to literally everything. There'sa supermarket nearby, fruit stalls and some pastelerias should you want to grab something for breakfast. I luckily stocked up at the supermarket so had no real need. What I love the most was how close this place is to Ruzafa which has tonnes of trendy and tasty bars and restaurants to eat at. Alex was a kind host, I seldom saw him after check in but he gave a really good low down on places to see and what to do. Highly recommended!

In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Ciudad de las Artes y la Ciencias and in about half an hour the historic center. Near the apartment there is a supermarket and a good bar to have breakfast which I found open also at 8.30am and also on Sunday. The room and the shared bathroom are very clean; I didn't use the kitchen. Alex was kind in meeting me for the ceck-in and giving me information about the city. I advise. Angela

Nice place, shabby chic. There is an additional blanket in chest of drawers. A bit noisy, if you are either too sensitive or nervous or have problems with sleeping, embrace yourself or bring earplugs. Kind of problem of Spanish building. Still safe, good located and friendly space, would stay here again.

Very cozy four-bedroom apartment in a lively neighborhood with a huge range of cafes, restaurants and shopping. Due to the current situation regarding the coronavirus I unfortunately had to check out earlier and had no opportunity to get to know Aroa better, but the communication was always super easy and she is available to answer any questions. Aroa is a very nice host, she gave us some very good recommendations, the location is very good, in Ruzafa (hip neighbourhood full of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants), but we also enjoyed walking or biking to El Carmen. The place is clean, and has a very authentic, vintage/romantic atmosphere.

Aroa is a spirited young woman who makes you feel at home. Her apartment is on the edge of Russafa which is an older neighborhood with lots of character and shops and restaurants. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the station and the city center. The location was perfect for me. The room is neat and simple. The single bathroom is shared and is around 10 meters from the room.

Ahh what a special place. Aroa is so friendly and thoughtful and I had a great time. Super location ..sooo convenient. Restaurants, bars , shops, sites all walkable. The flat is wonderful, stylish ,clean, and warm and cozy. I was very lucky to meet other wonderful people staying there too . It was like hanging out and living with great friends.

What a nice and peaceful place. Maritza is a very kind and caring host. I am not so much of a breakfast person but I surely enjoyed the lovely arranged breakfast table in the morning. There are some really nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and the city and the park are also not very far away.

I had a great stay at Martza and Pablo’s place. The location is great, the room very nice and comfortable and they are great hosts. I loved their place, it’s full of history and things with a story, nice magazines and cooking books. I also recommend you to go to the Ruzafa local market stand 103/104, calle 3 ( look at floor in the market) for some great Italian food! I went today and I loved it. Maritza and Pablo have a collaboration with restaurant La Botheca and they sell really nice take away Italian folk food there! Delicious!

Marcos place is perfect. It’s really close to the beach with plenty of places to eat around there. Their places is also nicely decorated and super clean and organized. The tram and the bus is also really close so it’s easy to get into the city if need be. Marco is also a great host. He was available when need be. And offered a great list of places to eat and things to do. Definitely a great value.

The host is a very careful and precise guy in giving useful information. The apartment is brand new, very nice. I used the room with private bathroom, fantastic shower and hair dryer. Really nice. The well-equipped shared kitchen is complete with microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge and stove. The whole apartment is spotless and tastefully furnished. The excellent location is easily reached by public transport and is only 10 minutes walk from las arenas (hotel) where there is a stop on the Valencia city tour bus, which my partner and I used to comfortably replace the other means having chosen to take the city tour. The beach is 5 minutes away and is beautiful. Conclusion wonderful stay highly recommended !!!!

Lovely apartment with 4 private rooms. The place is super clean and completely new. Even though the city centre is not ‘next door’, public transport is! So it’s easy to get there. The beach is a 3 minutes walk. Lastly, Marco responded quickly when we needed info or directions. Would definitely recommend!

Very quite and clean apartment you can stay relaxed and comfortable.

We had a great experience for 2 weeks in our host's appartment. It's our first time in Valencia, and we're planning to settle down long term. We did appreciate the tips and tricks that helped us to find our own apartment just in time! The room is clean, tidy, luminous, with a king-size-super-confortable-double-bed, a smart foldable table attached to the wall, and a convenient cabinet. The window is large and pleasantly let the sun enter from morning to evening. There's everything you can wish for: shared bathroom with toilet and shower, shared kitchen with oven, gas stoves, a large modern fridge, and a washing machine. Internet is super fast with fiber optic operator. Actually, I never experienced such a great connexion (500 Mbps download, 400 Mbps upload!) I like the location very much, because it's out of Valencia city center, and thus more peaceful, and yet it's very near by bus: 1 min walk and 15 min bus. Ticket are 1.50 euros if you pay inside the bus, but you can buy a Bonobus card for 11 euros good for 10 rides, that which even supports free transfer to other bus lines within 40 minutes. Then it's only 9 euro to refill. Such cards are for sell in any Tobaco shop, and there's one at the corner of the apartment! It's a 4 min walk to go and buy food in Dia or Comarket. Price are cheap and the choice are decent enough (olive oil = 3.50 € / 1L, oranges = 1 € / Kg, bread = 75 cts, pasta = 80 cts, rice = 1 € / kg...). We enjoyed walking from the apartment to the Oceanogràfic on a straight sunny road. This area also includes two big shopping malls: El Safer, and Aqua. We bought our prepaid SIM card there (Yoigo shop). The parks around this area are stunning and super pleasant, don't miss Parque Gulliver if you have children, it's fun. Everything was about perfect, except our 3 years old daughter was very noisy, and we felt sorry for our room-mates. Also, we wish we had the information about the exact button to press at the front door, and what floor / door number, because we had no SIM card the day we arrived to message our host. Overall, we're very happy, thank you for welcoming us & for your patience!

I was in Valencia for 6 weeks to work there and during that time I felt really comfortable with Federico! Just 20 minutes from the city center on foot. The room was comfy and tidy, perfect for 2 people. The bathroom and other common spaces were clean during all my stay. Thank you for accommodation!

Great place to stay. Not directly at the center, but there is a train station 5 minutes from the place and you are in the city in about 20 Minutes.

Teresa is a very kind woman, super attentive, with whom you can have all kinds of conversation. The room and bathroom were spotless, the mattress and pillow very comfortable. Of course, the hostess cares about her guests. I would repeat without a doubt.

Aroa is a very sweet and very pretty girl! It is available, precise and present for any request; the apartment feels like home, is clean, spacious, bright with every type of service. Also the excellent location, you can move easily on foot even at night. I felt really comfortable :)

One of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. The old apartment is nicely furnished and has the perfect location in the lively district of Ruzafa. Nothing is missing, you can use the kitchen and bathroom whenever you want. Our stay was very comfortable. Aroa makes you feel at home. :)

Incredible place and host! By far the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in.. really characteristic beautiful home. Always super clean and comfortable. It’s a big place so it never feels crowded. The kitchen has everything you need and the WiFi is super fast. I worked online most days and never had a problem with the connection. The bed is really comfortable. Has everything you need for a home from home! Aroa has been an amazing host and has felt more like a friend throughout my stay. Will definitely book again!

We had to change the condo because the one we hired did not have Wi-Fi or hot water ... but the good communication from the host gave us the possibility to change quickly ... the other condo was very nice, and with all the services. Excellent location.. Thank you!!

Wow! What an incredible place to stay in Valencia. The place is literally at the heart of town and accessible to all major attractions. Their is a building guard always on watch and actually helped us find our way. The check in was super easy and the place is such a great value. We can not say enough good things about the place and would recommend it to everyone.

Very good accommodation, clean, close to the center and restaurants. A person is present at the reception night and day, always welcoming and ready to inform the tenants. We recommend !

We had a great time in this apartment, which is ideally located. The equipments are great.

The place is a cozy studio with everything you need. The studio is in the middle of the shopping centre of new Valencia but it is not noisy at all. The beach is 30 minutes by bike and a little less by train. The rest like shops, restaurants and other stuff is in walking distance. We’ve had nothing to complain and we definitely recommend the place!
