Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.

Breathtaking view of the "Marquesa Golf", refurbished in 2022. Small private studio, cozy for two people. Very quiet community pool, a short walk from the accommodation on the same sidewalk. Small center 5 minutes away, with bars, restaurants (at various budgets), takeaway, ATM, shops... I accept small dogs, not large ones, thank you for your understanding. Be careful with water and electricity consumption.
