The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

With family, friends or on a professional trip, it's the perfect base for exploring the region.

On the banks of the Brion, in the middle of an 8-hectare park, at the confluence of the Graves and Sauternais vineyards, the Moulin annex offers you a calm, independent, comfortable space of 45 m2 Close to Langon, Bazas, Villandraut, many tourist and gastronomic sites. The perfect place to explore Gironde, Landes and Dordogne (35 minutes from Bordeaux, 45 minutes from Biscarosse, Arcachon Bay and the Landes coast).

This house, built in the 70s, has just been completely renovated, and designed to make the stay enjoyable. Located a few minutes' walk from the center, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, market, nightlife, as well as a cinema showing preview films... Ideally located in the middle of the vineyard, the harvesters' house combines modern comfort with family furniture, all forming a nice contrast in which you immediately feel comfortable. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. The house has 2 double rooms. On the outside, you enjoy a pleasant patio housing barbecue, summer lounge and jacuzzi, all with unparalleled views of the facade of the Castle.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. You will stay in a part of my primary residence. Independent entrance. The property is an old tile factory, hence the name I gave it "Aux Vieux Fours". My 5Ha property is a green setting, where you can relax and rest. If you're just passing through, you'll appreciate the proximity to the A62/A65 highway.
